Location, friendly staff, breakfast.

Nothing not to like.

Breakfast was good.The room was good.The location was great, the hotel is right on the square.

There is no parking.The beach is 300 meters away

The staff was extremely kind, they let us stay an extra night even though they were closing for the season. Great location, balcony, clean. The best price in the area, great value for money

On the first night there was no hot water but was fixed for the second night

The room was kept clean everyday. The staff serving breakfast are friendly and helpful.

The mattress in the room is beyond bad and not usable.The springs and any other metal framing in the mattress can be felt when you lay down. Therefore, the only main purpose of booking a hotel - to have a bed to sleep was not met. We complained after our first night explaining that we were not able to sleep on that mattress and asked the management to change the room. We were promised that this can happen in the last two days of our stay but they didn’t bother to do that and just pretended that it is ok.We are very disappointed. The hotel with their extremely aged mattresses definitely do not deserve three stars.

The location is excellent, everything is within 5min, stores, restaurants, shops. The beach is 10 min away. Breakfast was tasty and varied, the staff were friendly too.

As the hotel being in the center it’s too loud until early in the morning. And this goes on every night. Who prefers peaceful nights better to skip this area. The continental breakfast which should be served buffet-style , was handed out by staff where you literally had to speak out: I want 1egg, 2 pieces of ham, 4pieces of cheese etc Which is very inconvenient. Plus to this we were out of water a couple of times, electricity too. So, overall experience isn’t satisfying.

Hotel is very close to the beach and right in the center of the village. Our room and the hotel overall were very clean. Really appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel since we arrived much earlier than the check-in time so we could go to the beach while waiting for our room. The AC was great too.

Only one power socket in our room and it was next to the entrance, far from our bed or the table. We could only charge one phone at a time. Very very low water pressure, I have long hair and it took some time to completely soak it and then rinse off. Also didn't like how you can't put food on your own plate during breakfast, instead there's a lady who serves you. Felt a little embarassed to ask for more food than what she added to my plate so I just stuck with the amount she served me. The serving lady was actually nice and always smiling, but the other staff seemed a bit condescending..

Really old building, old facilities, internet was not good at all . breakfast was the worst: poor options, small space, tiny tables, really low quality foodVery disappointing for the price. I guess the only way to justify the price is the location.Bear in mind that you can hear EVERYTHING from the street.

The location was pretty good, the receptionist was friendly too.

The fact the the bathroom door wasn't really able to close. The fact that on the breakfast I got a dirty fork. Those were the biggest problems

Hotel is in the city centre and 3 to 4 minutes from the beach.Food is fine.Staff is fine.Great terase

A little more variety of the breakfast will be a plus. But the breakfast was OK

Very friendly and helpful staff,eager to make our stay and accomodation as pleasant as possible.Clean and very good location,in the center of Hanioti,close to restaurants,shops,beach and also public parking.

Maybe for others shower cabin might be a little smaller,but for me was ok.

Location is in the centre of Hanioti. Not far from the beach. Free parking is around 300 m.
