Excellent garden, great hospitality, spacious and equipped rooms

Location is great, couple minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the center of city. Beautiful view from balcony to the garden.

I recently spent a week at Asteras Hotel in Hanioti with my family and it was truly an amazing vacation. The hotel is in an excellent location – close to the city center, yet in a quiet area that’s perfect for a good night’s sleep. The front yard is absolutely beautiful, with palm trees, flowers, and plenty of greenery. There are benches where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or breakfast in a peaceful, relaxing environment. Our room was exactly as shown in the pictures : clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What really made our stay special was the staff and the owners. They are true professionals, hardworking, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. My whole family felt at home and had a fantastic holiday. We are very grateful for the wonderful experience and are already looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend this place – you won't regret staying here. It’s worth every penny!

Very nice staff. The garden was amazing, if you do not want to be in the room you can enjoy in the garden. Near to the beach, 2 min walk.Parking was available in the circle of 100 m every time we get back from the beach when exploring the area.If Chaniotis then here again.

Friendly staff, hotel position, beautiful garden, clean rooms

Great garden view from our room with big balcony and great garden for staying with your family, kids. The rooms were clean, they changed the sheets daily. The staff were nice, the host giannis was very friendly and pleasent.

The aircondition is working only if the door of the balcony is closed. It was a little expensive 140 euros per night for 2 persons (we booked it because it was last minute, but for that price we would not booked in regular circumstances)

I liked the location, the balcony, the gardens, the proximity to the shops and the beach.

Garden is as pictured and room is OK too.

Cleaning service needs to be improved: garbage is taken every day - that's it.Towel Changing policy needs to be reviewed - keeping the same towels for three days is not comfortable at all.

The location was very good, 2-3 minutes walk to the beach.It has air conditioning which helped a lot with sleeping and cooling off in the rooms.

Maybe some sort of coffee machine to be installed in the rooms would help more.But the owner was always kind to serv us with coffee a the reception.

Excellent accommodation. Super close to one of the best beaches in Chaniotis, also up to 10 minutes walk to the city center.The room is very clean, beautiful, has everything you need for a pleasant vacation.The garden is wonderful! The hosts are so kind and friendly.If I ever go to Chaniotis again, I will choose this hotel.

Super nice location, worth every cent, its clean, and the rooms. and WIFI its perfect which is strange for this locations in Greece, everyone who need good WIFI - I recommend this place

I stayed in the the Double Room with Balcony. Great size, nice balcony , and amazing and helpful staff at the hotel.Great location - very close to the beach , beach-club, and few minutes from the village center .

The towels and bed lining were changed every 3, not 2 days. The bathroom was awful, there was no way not to make a flood while taking shower, it wasn’t cleand properly. The kitchen has no equipement for cooking, just 2 pots for cooking, nothing to wash dishes with, which were dirty upon arrival. Only one small knife for 4 persons. And we just wanted to make sandwiches, nothing complicated, even that was a problem. The plates were disgusting, haven’t been washed on the outside for years. The pot had tomato residues from God knows when, on the outside.The view from the balcony isn’t as in pictures-greenish. The balcony is next to big private parking. I would never book this property if I knew that. Clear misleading.

The hotel location is excellent, on a walking distance to the beaches, the village center and the tavernas. At the same time the place is really quite and peaceful, with great garden. The room was clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was cleaned every day and the towels were exchanged on the third day. Great hosts. Absolutely recommended! We will come back if we plan a trip to Chiniot's again.

The beach is not big… but the sea is clear and warm.. hygiene on the streat and beach is not good.. the garbage, take avey only 1 x day… this is not enough for too many people in the city… not enough parking for cars…

The room was very clean and the hosts were very hospitable and friendly. They were very accommodating with our luggage and every need we had. The yard in front of the hotel was very nice and very well maintained. The overall service was excellent.
