Sarantis Hotel

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and both the accommodation and the pool were fantastic. As a nice surprise, we also received a complimentary bottle of wine at the end of our stay.

Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. Everything was well organized, clean, and enjoyable throughout our stay.

Georgia and family were wonderful hosts. They were warm and welcoming, genuinely happy to have us visit them. The rooms were top notch- clean and comfortable. Wonderful location- short walk to beach, restaurants and cafes.

Our room was very clean. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were very happy to spend our time there - the pool, the balcony, the breakfast. Our walk to the center of Hanioti was 5 minutes. Toward the beach - 10 minutes at best. Needless to say, the location itself is great!There is no private parking, but parking itself isn't very hard to do around the property. :)

I came to check my wife in.I did pay only for her but l just needed to help her set up .lady on front desk probably thought l will be sneaking in and try to stay for free,they didn't let me use the bathroom in my wife's apartment. I guess that's the rool on the hotel l kinda felt awkward. Overall my wife liked the stay and staff tuned to be polite.

The place was very clean, breakfast was tasty, the location was great, and the owners were really nice.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow in our room.

It was not far from the beach and restaurants. The room was well maintained with daily cleaning.

The owners’ attitude. I was pretty much shocked as it was first time I’ve encountered this type of behavior from owners or managers, without even saying a word. We’ve brought our elderly parents to the hotel. The owner started to repeat in a rude manner that we should stay where we are, because the room was booked for 2. My husband was “kindly allowed” to go to the room with his parents and help them with the luggage. Meanwhile me and my daughters were treated like criminals - owner’s daughter was keeping an eye on us. The old man was repeating rudely- you stay here. It was crazy. Was he afraid, that we’d try to sneak and stay in a tiny room together with them? 6 ppl? I doubt that we looked like homeless. EXTREMELY UNPLEASANTI will never recommend this place to anyone. Yes it’s clean, but is it enough these days in Greece to be considered a good service hotel? We were so frustrated, because we have chosen this hotel for our parents. Moreover hotel and rooms in reality are not that spacious and charming.

Everything was great. The location is very close to the center and the beach too. There are many cafes and shops nearby.Conditions are good. Comfortable beds, cleaning every day, delicious breakfasts. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially a big thank you to Georgia. She helped us in solving all issues.

All the people working there are amazing! They are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is traditional Greek which is so similar to ours. We love it!! The location is super central. The room was clean. I would like to recommend it to everyone. Thanks

Amazing location, only minutes walk to the main centre. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was really nice.Pool was very clean and the cocktails were even better :)

Not a big issue but at breakfast there is no toaster to toast your bread if you wanted, also no cappucino, only plain coffee with milk, apart from this everything was wonderful.

Situated on the main street , 1 min walk from the main square in Hanioti this hotel met our expectations regarding the location. We parked our car in front of the hotel on the street and walked to the beach or to the center for dinner.Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, cleanliness top notch, the ladies from maintenance cleaned the room every day during our stay. There' s a swimming pool in the hotel, opened until 19 h .The host is very kind and helpful.

This was our second time at Sarantis Hotel and it was as we expected: quiet, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people.There is nothing to complain about and we are looking forward to come back again. Thank you again for hosting us!

Price and quality did not match.

the room was really small and the bathroom needs a renovation. Also the bathroom really small and not a match for the price we payed. The staff was really nice and the breakfast also not so bad. The problem is the parking around the area, they had no privat parking and most of the time we had to find parking in the street, it was not so comfortable, there were nights we couldnt find any place free so it became a problem. The beds not comfortable, the matress was not ok and it gave us back pain. The area is nice and location very good.

The Sarantis Hotel is a must, what a lovely family run hotel, Sarantis, Zoe & Georgia are amazing hosts, nothing is to much trouble, the hotel is beautiful, everything is very modern and super clean. The breakfast has so much to choose from and is all freshly prepared every morning. Hanioti is a lovely little Greek village/town with plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from, the beach is just a few steps away. The most amazing sunsets, in the evenings.Will be looking at booking here again very soon

Absolutely nothing to complain about

The location was okay

We were a family of 4 thus we took 2 rooms. We were scammed from the pictures online and ‘good reviews’ as it was not at all as described. One room had a spider net in it, the pillows were dirty, they gave you ‘fresh’ towels who were stained every 2/3 days, changed the sheets once a week (we stayed 4 days and had to tell them repeatedly to change them) and let me not start on the ‘breakfast’ There was a circus nearby with animals, parking was just on the road, the staff was VERY rude as they didn’t leave you alone even when you were eating ‘you sit here’ and looking at us even when we were eating. We paid nearly 200 EUROS PER NIGHT which is waaay expensive, with that kind if money you can stay in the most luxurious hotel in Chalkidiki. A total scam, not reccomend

Great place to stay. It was our second time here. Great location,near to beaches and restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Rooms were nice,modern and clean. They were cleaned every day. Hosts are very kind ,pleasant, friendly and welcoming.

A great hotel in a perfect location, quiet at night but 5 minutes walk from the main street with many shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. The hotel pool is quiet which we enjoyed. Spotlessly clean room, cleaned daily, and towels changed every day too. Hotel grounds are lovely and well maintained. Lots of breakfast options, omelette was my favourite and we loved the sausages! Some different greek foods every day too, all very tasty. The owners made us feel very welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you very much.

Limited cutlery in the kitchen area. That was literally the only thing and we are picky!

The location is really good, it takes 5 min to get to the beach, and there are 2 supermarkets within 3 minutes walking distance. If you want to go out for dinner it is possible to do in 2-3 minutes. The room was nice, and modern, the air condition was helping us stay cool. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they really make sure your stay is comfortable. Definitely will return.

If you come to work and want to join calls with the video on, it can be difficult sometime, as the speed of the internet is not the fastest, but not bad at all, just need to turn off the camera. I think it depends on how many people are using the net.
