Elinotel Polis Hotel

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff is friendly, the food is good and the area is pretty quiet and relaxing.

We had such a lovely stay at Elinotel Polis Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering helpful tips about things to see and do nearby.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything was well-maintained, and we really appreciated the little details, like fresh towels every day and thoughtful touches in the room.The location is excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool area was also very pleasant, with plenty of sunbeds and a relaxed vibe, perfect for lounging in the sun.

Need to be renovated, the fridge and tv happened to be out of function, bad wifi signal.

The hotel is located in beautiful Chanioti close to the shops and supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The swimming pool has a relaxing atmosphere with sunbeds and umbrellas, pool bar and nice music. The staff is friendly and caring walking around, taking orders for drinks and snacks. The rooms are clean with cooling a/c and hot water is always available) The food is decent. The choice is ok. Pleasant.

hygiene is at a very, very low level, the rooms were not cleaned once, only towels were changed, Breakfast was the same every day, parking is a big problem

The pool was relatively good and clean. You can park in front of the hotel.

It would be better to have a person who serves you food, because when we stayed some of the kids before getting ice cream from the freezer were scratching themselves, touching their shoes. Also the shower wasn’t clean. It had rust and limestone. The breakfast was the same every morning.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Hanioti, which is a very busy village with lots of souvenir shops, taverns and bars, supermarkets and mini markets. It is within a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. The hotel does not offer sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach, but there are sunbeds around the pool. There is a pool bar serving different soft drinks and cocktails and plays nice music which is very relaxing.We were at the end of September and the weather was very nice. Not very crowded at the hotel and we always could find free subbeds at the pool and a table at the restaurant. The food was tasty. The room was well cleaned on a daily basis.I will definitely recommend the hotel.

I liked the city. The pool.

Cleaning stuff showed up after the 5th day of my stay, after I complained to the manager. And even after that, the room wasn't properly cleaned: sheets were not changed, no toilet paper, etc.Food was questionable, at best. I liked the salads, but main dishes were just frozen, deep-fried food. Margarine instead of butter for breakfast, etc.

The receptionist woman was awful.The toilet was awful too.Not hot water.Doors cant be locked.

If you want to be nervous whole trip book this hotel.

First of all, they didn’t welcomed us as people. the first words were get the car out of there, so that later we see that guy who works there parked his car and stood there all evening without needs, the food was not great, the rooms were dirty, the light in the room did not work and it was quite dark, there is no parking, so you have to pay 20 euros for a private one to save your car from damage.

I'm disappointed to share that my recent experience was far from satisfactory. The initial lack of hospitality set a negative tone, followed by disappointing dining options and unclean rooms. Faulty lighting further added to the discomfort, and the costly private parking only compounded the disappointment. Overall, a highly unsatisfying experience

The location was good. The room not bad either, but the bathroom was a bit outdated. One of the lamps was not working, stains on the bathtub. Very cheap shower head.

The food- average at best. No vegetables for breakfast, always the same menu. The dinner nothing special as well.Not all the rooms have been renovated as it is stated on hotel's website.

It was clean and nearby has market.

The hotel has not parkplaces and is very difficult for Parking of car. The door and electricity slot have been broken and should wait 1 hour for repairing. The coffee mashine is not working and should pay in additionally although the breakfast was in the price. I can not recommend.

Occasionally there was no water in the room. The restaurant is too small, does not have enough tables, and is also understaffed.

the water in the shower was switching between hot and cold without changing it yourself. the room was smelly and dusty. the bed was not confortable. No sound proof. No free parking. No mosqyttos net. the fridge was loud and not cooling, we had to turn it Off so we can sleep. the food was bad.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, towels changed every 1-2 days, daily cleaning. The food was fine, lack of fresh fruits.

The beach is a bit further than expected, sometimes you need to wait long time for hot water in the shower, we had problem with the door lock that never got fixed.

Се беше супер, според очекуваното. Персоналот беше љубезен, услужлив. Блиску до плажа, блиску до центарот. Базенот беше чист и топол. Собите беа чисти, секојдневно ги чистеа. Имаше неколку вечери што беа супер, другите просечно. Доручекот е стандард и ист. Дефинитивно се исплати за цената

We were placed on the third floor. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets and towels were changed regularly. The breakfast was quite OK. Maybe there could be a little more vegetables, but we went to breakfast late so it is normal that something might be missing. The pool is clean and small, but we don't use it anywhere if the sea is close, and here White beach is really close.
