Pros +
- The hotel failed to mention that our room had absolutely no windows. We were right next to a courtyard, which would have made up for the lack of windows, but the restaurant staff was always seated there smoking. Less than ideal
- Great location. Boutique feeling
- Cleaness, quality, location
Cons -
- Noisy and bedroom upstairs.
- The entire experience for us in this facility was not good. The loft room sounded better than is was in actuality. The TV rarely worked due to a low wifi signal.
- Valet only works 7-11 so if you have a morning flight, need to move the car to a garage the night before and walk to go get it first thing in the morning (not ideal)

My room had only inside windows, if you need some fresh air its impossible
Such a beautiful property and space. The staff was okay, not the warmest but that’s okay. The shower was a little wonky but it was a beautiful small little room. Would come back.
Property was very beautiful and the concierge was very informative. The bathroom was wonderful and had a great shower.
We were put in room 105, which we found out was joined with room 104 by a thin door. It felt like we were sharing the room with a pair of strangers. You could hear everything, and I mean everything… Needless to say we didn’t sleep very well. Its a shame because if it wasn’t for this it would be a 10/10 stay.
Lovely boutique hotel and gracious staff. Modern rooms with great amenities.
Great location & very clean
Poor sound proofing from between rooms & could hear people next door
The hotel staff were very friendly and nice . The location is very good.
The parking place is almost 1 km far from the hotel ?
Great location, amazing and very helpful and attentive stuff. Great price vs quality .Hotel is modern and clean. Loved the michelin star restaurant Cortile Santo Spirito (book it in advance!). Nice breakfasts.
The noises from the restaurant till midnight can be disturbing. No natural light in the room. Problems with touch screens and room temperature regulation. But overall great stay
The location
No hot water after midnight.A lots of noise from the restaurant downstairs after midnight and also from 7am. Poor soundproofing between the rooms.
The madras was the best on our 4 hotels visited in 3 weeks.
The room and the bf. The room had no window, a terass door with a shadow curtain which could not be opened, apparently reason was that it faced south, the room would have been too hot. The bf was served, not a buffet, the fruit bowl a mini which became smaller day by day, last day micro size, from 3 small croissant to 2, we stayed 4 nights. Bread basket decreased by time. För one toast the cost was 8€! It was called French toast? The terasse was not sweeped during our stay, the trash wich was there at our arrival was there when left plus sum new. The black is trash on the floor at the back of my picture of the terrace.
Breakfast and dinner
Television complicated
Breakfast was good and location is nice.
There was a plumbing problem one night and no water available in the bathroom.
Good location
after 5 hours of driving we checked in to our hotel. Went for swim to sea and came back to hotel around 17 to take a shower and get ready for evening out. Something broke so water was not available in whole hotel till late night. Salty, sweaty and not showered we had to “enjoy” the rest of our evening. Property didn’t apologize or didn’t bring extra water bottles so at least we could brush teeth or wash face before going to bed. Because of that toilet was not working as well so we had to use next door restaurants one. In morning water was finally working but steam system in shower started burn. It was smoking and smelling like cables are burning. Hotel manager said we shouldn’t not use steam. By checking out i was asking for partial refund what was denied.
The room was lovely with comfortable bed.
Front desk staff were really unhelpful, didn't tell us at check in tgat we had to book breakfast 24 hours before and were surprised when I asked if I could please order a drink. Focussed only on the michelin star restaurant, not really interested in being a hotel.
Location
The TV (and we had two) didn’t worked at all, the valet parking was not so good (I had to wait at least 15 minutes), nobody took our bagage from the parking place to the hotel.
The size of the room was good for 3 people and it was clean. Location was good.
I want to rate this more, but I just can’t. We stayed here two nights and were in a duplex room which consisted of a double bed and a sofa bed. The double was on a mezzanine floor so we had to climb up and down stairs during the night in the dark. I guess that is what we booked but I didn’t know about the stairs. The problem was our room was at the back of the hotel where the restaurant service staff constantly slammed the backdoor every time they took dishes to the kitchen. Not only was it noisy but our room shook. It was torture until 1.00am. When we complained the next day (and we are not ones to complain - it takes a lot) they said they would sort it for our second night. But nothing changed. We had to watch Netflix until midnight and then put earplugs in to try and sleep. Some staff were friendly and helpful - others not so much.
Beautiful space, great location.
Very noisy rooms. You can hear everything from the street and the lobby.
Location was perfect, beautiful hotel and very friendly staff.
Sound isolation. I could here everything what was going on in the lobby/restaurant.
