    Pros +

    • I like the location and staff super friendly .....I loved the breakfast buffet
    • Hotel staff were very attentive. The hotel is lovely, dinner/breakfast were tasty with multiple options for all dietary needs. Comfortable beds, great shower, easy option for parking. Spa on location to destress. GREAT location to walk to all the local attractions (ruins/churches/etc.) and easy walk to the island of Ortigia.
    • Location near archeological sites and museum superb.

    Cons -

    • The free parking was fine quick. The pillows were horrible the light in the ac unit was so bright. The towel warmer didn't work. The hotel lost power in the 3rd floor and that caused problems.
    • Hate to add a negative since we had a great stay, but if I had one thing to note, it would be the spa/sauna/etc. It was great; however, the room where the massage actually takes place is right next to the front desk/entry to the spa. I had to listen to staff/guest conversations the whole time I was getting my massage. Hard to get into a zen with rapid conversations. I could have complained, but that would be 'so American' of me.
    • Room service closed much earlier than advertised. Bins not emptied every day. Having to ask for coffee to be replenished.

Spa was nice (extra charge). Staff reacted to and fixed all the issues. Bed was comfortable and the room large.

AC was broken, eventually they moved us to a different room. Lighting configuration was odd. We were looking for easy and were paying for easy but lots of little issues, I’ve never had to call the front desk that many times on any stay ever. Awkward.

A big room with facilities. Swimming pool on the roof.It is located near a supermarket .

    It's far from Ortigia

    8EmersonPosted on: 9-8-2025

The room is very spacious for three people. Breakfast is good. The pool area is nice with a bar. There's a supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel is close to downtown.

Overall it met all my expectations.

Room was clean. The roof top pool area is cozy, despite being small. Hotel personnel was nice. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Sound insulation in the room is not good. Hotel restaurant is expensive compared to the other restaurant around the hotel.

Great location, clean and helpful staff

It was a very positive experience and will surely recommend and be back

Great to have easy check-in and parking was super convenient – with an option of covered or non (free or paid). The property was close to the archaeological park and the brutalist church which was convenient. Loved the pool and liked having pool towels provided. Bathroom was nice and big. Super friendly people at the front desk.

    All was good.

The pool area was very nice and clean. We chose this place because it was close to areas we wanted to visit.

    Expensive restaurant.

    9KarinPosted on: 4-26-2025

We got the deluxe room and it was very comfortable. The bed was great. We enjoyed the gym. All in all a great stay. Checkin/checkout times are very generous.

    Good stay.

We loved the courteous and polite welcome. Free parking at the hotel carpark. The hotel is well positioned, only a few minutes walk to the Greek Amphitheatre, parco archeologico, Orecchio di Dioniso, also the majestic Basilica Santuario della Madonna delle Lacrime and a shot bus drive to Ortigia, excellent

    Great place

    4RogerPosted on: 4-9-2025

Location next to archeological park was convenient, but far from other attractions, shops, cafes, etc.

Room was too cold and staff showed no interest in helping Was simply told the heating is off and keep the bathroom door open so your towel heater might warm the room up some.

    9PeterPosted on: 3-24-2025

We couldn't arrive till late at night and the night receptionist man could not be more helpful. Breakfast was good

    9LindaPosted on: 11-20-2024

The hotel is clean and very comfortable, with pleasant and helpful staff. The car parking is free and it’s about a three minute walk to the spectacular Syracusa archeological park. About 30 minutes on foot to the old town, and easy access to leave the city to get to the airport. Express breakfast available for early leavers.

I would definitely stay here again, but the hotel is part of a large chain so does of have the charm of some of the smaller hotels. It was perfect for us this time, however.

    8RamaPosted on: 10-27-2024

The location was great for the archeological sight. The restuarant food and staff on top-floor were of a high standard.

The cleanliness of the bathroom, in particular the bath-tub was not up to standard. Furthermore, we were asked to pay a EUR25 fee for early check-in when we arrived 1hr early which I thought was ridiculous.

    10HelenPosted on: 10-13-2024

The location was excellent, across the road from the archaeological ruins and only a 10 minute drive to the Ortigia island. The staff were friendly, the rooms were extremely comfortable and modern and the pool was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and also would recommend Lorenzo if you want to treat yourself to a massage in their wellness clinic. He is professional and amazing at his job.

    Everything was exceptional.

    7AzimPosted on: 10-9-2024

    Average breakfast. Location is good.

The short set up is definitely not good.

    5LarissaPosted on: 10-5-2024

    Staff was very nice.

Location is not good and price was very high for the service provided - bed uncomfortable, noisy AC, old-fashioned room.

    9OlafPosted on: 10-3-2024

Single room with relatively large (queen size) bed. Modern and well equipped room and bathroom. Hotel seems well maintained. Nice rooftop pool and bar (and restaurant, but didn't try it). Free open air parking (and garage with fees). Very close to Greek archeological site. Supermarket next door.

Air conditioning available, but didn't seem overly effective. Around 25 minute walking distance to historic city center, and ratherr few dining options nearby.
