The noice from the street, which woke us up at 4 and 5 am. Perhaps the windows could be sound-proofed.

Room was clean throughout, easy check in and they let me check out on my own early in the morning. Super easy 1 min walk to train station across the street, trains passing nearby weren’t loud at all.

I was given a room on the bottom floor right by the checkin desk; I overall felt safe but would’ve preferred to be placed upstairs and not essentially in the lobby of the hotel. The whole place smells mildly of smoke, especially the lobby, which is pretty typical for this area of sicily tbh, but if you’re not used to that it might be a surprise. Lobby is loud at breakfast time if you’re staying in the bottom room.

It was old and rundown. Out of dates. Near main road and could not sleep at night

Directly across from the train station and 1 block from city busses. Could not be better for public transit! Cappuccino and croissants were very good in the morning. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious with comfortable beds. Staff was on site until 10 pm and very helpful.

The apartment has a narrow curving staircase. Not easy with suitcases.

The only advantage of this place is the relative central location and the parking spaces nearby.

There were ants in my room. The room was really tiny, the bed very uncomfortable, and the walls were not at all soundproofed. You can literally hear every whisper from the aisle outside and the neighbouring rooms. Warm water was not provided in the evening. Also, there is no room service if you leave your room after about 10.30. The cleaning staff didn't come back when I left a bit later, not even for emptying the bins. Breakfast is an absolute joke and doesn't deserve the name. There were no buns or even a piece of bread left all the 3 times I was there, and I was not late. Small packets of butter and jam, on the other hand, were plentiful.Two days before my planned departure I asked two different staff members if it was possible to leave 1 night earlier (also because the hotel is so shitty and I wanted to sleep in a proper bed at least for my last night). They both promised me to give me back the cash. The morning I left, I didn't receive anything back. I talked to the manager, but when it came to the question of returning the money, he pretended not to understand English anymore, even though before it was pretty good. He promised to call back the next day, which, of course, he didn't do. So be careful: He is a liar and swindler. If you want to save yourself some trouble, spend a few more euros and stay somewhere else!

A well-priced, clean, if basic option right next to the station. Does the trick!

For the price, very good

we chose this hotel for our last night in syracuse, it is right in front of the train station. we liked the kindness of the staff, and the no-frills approach, everything works and does what is supposed to do.

Close to bus and train station. Personal very kind at the hotel.

Door is difficult closing, bathroom do not have climate, towels are old not for guest use. Breakfast only sweet available.

close to station so no need to take a taxi or carry bag across distance.Room was spacious and clean (and cleaned daily with fresh towels). Breakfast was more than enough. what more could a solo traveller want?

I am very happy with my choice of hotel and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Location across the road from the train station is convenient, but in a very run down area. Breakfast room and reception area seemed fairly clean.

The room was abismal, nothing at all like the photos. Electrical wall plates not secured to wall. Air con not working so I called reception who thought that wriggling the cable and wall plate was sufficient, he then proceeded to wedge the cable between the wall and tv so the wall plate was a little more 'secure'. When he left, there was a crackling sound and electrical smell coming from behind the electrical wall plate. I had serious concerns about the safety of the electics in the room so decided to leave. It wasn't the only wall plate that was unsecured, I noticed another near the exit. Booking.com have offered me a 6 euro refund for a room that was unsafe.

God location for us, near free parking. The hotel is nicer inside, than when you see it from the outside.Very nice staff in the reception. Clean.

No usable balkong. Balconydoors not insulated, so quite noisy during nighttime on the friday night especially.

Perfect for our needs traveling. It's only 20 meters from the train station, . The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
