Fabulous hotel. Perfect location. Big, comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend the location & the hotel!

The room was very comfortable, bright, and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, right near the main square, with many restaurants just outside the door, making dining very convenient.

Location was perfect. The staff and the room were great. Everything in Ortigia is within walking distance. What a beautiful city and a very elegant hotel.

Someone decided to spray the room each day with some herbs that were obnoxious, and nauseous. We asked that the maid no longer spray but the odor lingered on for 3 days. If you have asthma like my wife, it made the stay in the room very difficult.

The breakfast and location were great, you could walk to everything! Luca and staff were very accommodating and took care of anything we needed

I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Artemide - VRetreats in Ortigia. The room was beautifully designed with calming gray tones, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere. The bathroom was truly amazing, modern and spotless. The location is unbeatable, right behind the stunning Duomo Piazza, making it perfect for exploring the area. The buffet breakfast was really good with a variety of delicious options. The staff was very helpful and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ortigia!

Everything was so classy. All amenities in room tastefully & thoughtfully put together . The room was really comfortable & pleasantly anointed.The staff was outstanding and went above & beyond their normal expectations. Special mention on Roberto & Erminia. They were most helpful

Nothing … everything was wonderful

Property was well situated and central to all major attractions. Well maintained and top notch service. We found the room spacious and the restaurant was great (we had some drinks and nibbles there throughout our stay). Hotel staff were kind and courteous.

The service charges at check out were slightly strange - they are optional and are removed if you opt-out (with no issues), but it’s kind of awkward and leaves a sour taste.

They could do with more irons, one in each room. But apart from that, nothing.

Very beautiful hotel and great amenities. Staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and clean. Location is perfect and walkable to all attractions. The hotel is in the ZTL, so they offer valet parking and has a parking garage.

The location was brilliant, management and service excellent. They could not have been more helpful or nice. Such a beautiful location and assistance with our bags and transportation needs made the trip really awesome.

The room itself was not as comfortable or convenient as we would have liked. We should have upgraded when given the opportunity, better rooms were available so it was our own fault.

The property is very comfortable and clean and the location couldn’t be better. The palazzo is luxurious and the staff are particularly friendly and helpful. Bruna at the front desk helped us arrange dinners and excursions. She made our family trip to Ortigia extra special.

Price of breakfast a bit expensive especially when across the hotel are two cafeterias with good value breakfast.

Beautifully renovated hotel with welcoming staff. Wonderful dining room with vaulted ceilings. Great choice of food for breakfast, with attentive, friendly staff circulating around. The dinner menu was a little too limited for us and we ate elsewhere in the evening. Our room was on the third floor and we had absolutely no problems with noise from outside. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was a very welcome feature. Our only negative would be that the bathroom didn't offer anywhere suitable to dry large towels - just two single pegs on the wall, which meant that, having showered in the evening, they were still damp when we came to use them in the morning, as they had just hung in folds from the pegs. A couple of long towel rails, one at higher level and one below at a lower level, would have solved the problem. Oh, and also no hair conditioner. Having looked at other reviews, apparently I could perhaps have requested some but it would have been nice to have it there ready. There were all sorts of other beauty products, such as beard balm and cleanser, so no hair conditioner seemed a bit of an odd omission. The location is excellent, just steps away from Piazza Duomo. The cathedral took our breath away, and there's so much stunning architecture everywhere you look. A very memorable two-night stay for us in Ortigia.

Beautiful contemporary hotel located in the heart of Ortigia Siracusa. Relaxed and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, lovely toiletries. Friendly, helpful staff.

Disappointed that only one complimentary bottle of water was provided in the room on arrival/first night only. Seemed a bit mean for this level of hotel.Would have liked better quality cereals, bread and more variety of fruit at breakfast. Some berries would have been nice.

Exceptionally nice and helpful staff, beautifully equipped rooms, very nice location. Our first room number 108 had a very loud ventilator humn, but we could readily change to a room on 4th floor. Windows may be small in comparison to room size but overall an excellent accommodation

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location next to the Piazza Duomo. Hotel is stylish and staff were incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend Ortigia and Palazzo Artemide ?. Thank you!
