The front desk staff were great

The room had poor quality furniture and bed. The electricity in the room was spotty. The price was ridiculously expensive, although that was mainly because I was there on the Italian August holiday. I would stay there again if the price was lower.

Poor shower pressure

Location was good - bear both the train and bus station and taxi area. Ortigia Island a reasonable walk or short cab ride away.

Lack of anywhere to have a drink or relax at the end of an evening. No bar or place to unwind with a coffee annoying.

Comfortable bed. Great location close to bus and train stations and within easy walking distance of Ortigia. Bathrooms are well sized and very clean, with good size showers. Friendly staff.

No luggage storage on site which is not specified anywhere in the hotel policies in advance. Had to store luggage offsite at additional charge. For the hotel rates I would expect temporary luggage storage to be part of the service offering.

Breakfast was in upper floor dining room with excellent views of Syracuse Bay.Location was within easy walking distance of Ortegia and Neapolis - my main interests.Management were extremely helpful and with warmth!Room was largeArtistic decor quirky but interesting!

Found (and killed) 4 mosquitoes in room upon arrival.Shower water flow not great

Very nice and welcoming staff. I arrived after checking-in because of a late train arrival. They left the key with a note for me at reception, with worked perfectly.

Building looked a bit old, bathroom bit rusty, looked not really clean.Matress was really soft

Very good location between 'Ortigia' - historical part of town and city center. Very good and nice staff. There wasn't problem with changing hour of our accommodation. We also had a room with higher standard with balcony in price.

Quiet hotel, clean and comfortable. The location is a 15min walk from the main tourist areas, with great restaurants very nearby. We think this is ideal - no tourist noise but not far from the attractions.

Not much. The bathroom floor gets slippery when wet, but that is pretty trivial.

Very close to train station and easy walk to everything. staff are very helpful and accommodating-we arrived at 10am and were able to check in.

I got complimentary breakfast for free as I did not reserve one and a very useful city map without asking for it.

I had a very polaryzing experiences with different member of staff. Toilet access after check out is limited. I was also asked to shorten by an hour or so the luggage storage I requested.

It was located next to the bus station, but if you stay in Siracuse, i suggest to book a hotel on Ortigia.

The rooms were not very dark, and therefore we woke up really early

Very good location, only 10 min walking to the Old town. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent. The room and hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was excellent; just near the train station.

Very convenient location, amazing staff, clean and very homey feel

At only 10 minutes walking from the ortigia island, very clean and modern rooms, quiet and confortable with a small balcony. The breakfast was nice (on the rooftop of the hotel in front of the see). The people working in the hotel are very kind. Excellent quality/price.

No car parking in the hotel and around.
