The property is in good location but is very old, smelly and disgusting. Very unfriendly people, breakfast also not worth it.

Smelly, old, run down. We traveled throughout Italy and this was by far the worst place to stay with, pls note our expectations are not high

great location and one of the best breakfasts we have had in sicily. the room was very comfy and there was a parking nearby. the hotel staff helped us with the car registration to enter the city.

the staff has changed the locks to our room after we have checked in and left for the day, without any prior information.there was no 24/7 reception so if we came back too late we would have no means of accessing the room or any of our belongings.

Manager was NOT that helpful. We were originallt two couples in two rooms. One couple had to return to USA as he got sick w kidney problem. Manager would not credit their room even though w notified both booking.com and hotel ahead of our arrival.

The bathroom is very narrow.

We liked the place because it was very clean, excellent staff and service. We were given our room two hours earlier. We asked to have oyr boarding passes printed which they fid immediately.

The only thing which we didn't like was the size of the shower. The dpace is very restricted, too small. You feel you are in a straight jacket, at least with regards to our room (Room 202).

This is the hotel to stay in if you are travelling with a pet! We travelled with our dachshund and were able to stay together with our friends in the same hotel because this is a pet friendly hotel! The staff both at reception and breakfast were friendly and understood and spoke English as well. The croissants at breakfast are fresh and smell just great in the morning! :) We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall.

Great hotel in the perfect location! Rooms with high walls really well furnished with all needed stuff. Personal is very nice. And yes, they also have good breakfast)

The bathroom whould need a deep cleaning

Location good though in summer might be too noisy. We came in good period, November. Your staff especially Anna at reception are all amazing and doing their job with passion. Breakfast was too good! We gained weight.

Maybe dont use the single room opposite the breakfast room, its noisy. My sister went in, noticed straight away it would be noisy and we upgraded to a double room and paid difference. She was on our same floor and happy.The last night there was a leaking in the bathroom, its beyond control cause it was because of the rain. When my sister mentioned at reception, immediately action was taken and apologies throughout. The owner herself went up to check. Perfect service.

The location is excellent. Breakfast was fabulous! Staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the rooftop terrace for end of day relaxation. Valet parking was readily available and so helpful for us. We loved our stay!

It was a decent hotel with good hotel service. Very helpful staff who cared, that everything was according to our needs. Some smaller extra wishes were also immediately solved. The room was good enough. The breakfast was outstanding compared to what you can get in Sicily for this money. It was rich, tasty, a lot of choice.

nothing special to be mentioned. Just note, that it is located close to the central streets and it might be a bit noisy during the night.

Location is great with nearby parking (70m, 15€/24hrs). Rooms are clean but basic. The beds were good although.Reception personnel is friendly!

Breakfast is basic but coffee is not OK (Latte Machiato & Cappucino is not correctly made, rather coffee with added milk). Breakfast personnel is not too friendly.Room 106 is next to the street with lot of noise till 23hr and as from 6h00. The showerhead is loose, needs to be tightened. The stackers bed makes noise.
