Everything!!! The staff is friendly and efficient. The room is just perfect! Everything is new, clean, cozy and comfortable. Hot drink making kit - thank you! The view from the balcony is beautiful and relaxing, birds on the grass. The location by the river allows for a short and relaxing walk. The restaurant is surprising in how good it is. Thank you for everything!

They accepted our last minute reservations after having a bad experience at a reservation we were supposed to stay at scared us away.

Could have had better walking directions/signs to the reception area. Also, the parking sign shown the wrong direction.

This hotel was beautiful. The staff was great.

The A/C kept resetting to a cold temperature even after we changed it to what we wanted. The shower holder was loose.. one thing that is neither good or bad, however they held an event that lasted close to midnight.. however, we were to tiered to attend and fell asleep even though the music playing.

Everything. This place is beautiful and clean, and the staff were excellent. I think we had one of the best waiters in the world attend us on several occasions. Breakfast was great, especially because staff accommodated special requests (e.g., scrambled eggs).Pool is beautiful and relaxing.

Beautiful building and grounds

Breakfast wasn't great, we weren't served tea or coffee once for the 3 days we were there. You need a car if you're staying here as nothing is in walking distance. Minimal water pressure in the shower so took a while to actually get clean. We weren't able to use the pool as there weren't any spaces unless you're really early.

The location was great. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended hotel.

Located on one of the main streets, but the hotel is like in the park, surrounded by trees and, a pool, It is quite calm and we enjoy nature, you feel like not in the city :) Room space enough, all connections we found, good soft bed. Breakfast was ok for that time.

some parts of the hotels already need to be repainted, the floor needs to be changed (spots) and dust is everywhere in the room :)

The rooms are large and clean. Astonishing garden like an oase within the City. Perfect. Personel was friendly, especially our waiter during dinner and breakfast. All expected good quality for a quality hotel. Pictures of the rooms are indeed matching with the location. Enjoyed the complete stay.

Made some rounds arround the hotel until i found that the "old gate" is actually the main entrance. Not negative, but probabbly a preinfo would be nice to have. Afterwards all was fine usind the given card to access the facility.

We had a very quiet room and it was helpful to be able to park within the hotel area. The gardens and pool setting were lovely. Breakfast was very good.

The location was further out than we had anticipated, with no restaurants or bars nearby. It is not easy to walk around the area outside the hotel as it is a dual carriageway with no pavements. So we needed a taxi to get into Siracusa in the evening, which was helpfully arranged by the hotel.

Not worth the stars. Been at 2 star hotel which were better. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was ok, but hair drier was weak, and safe was broken. Swimming pool was rather small. The bar was extremely expensive, almost double the price of Ortigia which is astonishing. Evening meals were again extremely expensive, we didn’t try it, judging by the breakfast we didn’t think it was worth it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Eat in on 2 nights and good standard of food also, dining room a bit sterile though. The garden area and the stunning trees were beautiful, the pool area was lovely, pool was cleaned daily and area was spotless.

The hotel is a lovely oasis in a fairly drab area, but we approached it from an industrial area and I was a bit concerned about the area as at night looked a bit rough. In fairness, the hotel is like a little oasis of calm in an ok area, but not much around it, in terms of nice restaurants, bars etc. We got a taxi onto the island twice which reception organised and not expensive which was a bonus.

The swimming pool should be open longer. Until 7 pm is to short. A specially for kids :)

Beautiful pool & garden area, very good breakfast options. Comfortable room. Nice staff. Bus stop 5 mins away to get into Siracusa.

Onsite restaurant is quite overpriced for what it offers & not many other restaurants close by. Water in the room is not free (€4!!). I booked a room with a garden view but was given one over looking the carpark.

Beautiful setting and building, quite surprising as it's very close to one of the main roads. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and I wish our stay were longer! The staff couldn't have been any nicer and the breakfast was beautiful!

Our bathroom could have been cleaner! But the rest of the hotel was beautifully kept.
