The view of the pool and gardens from our balcony. The fact that we had access to the pool from our room. The staff are so friendly and it's amazing ?, bed is comfortable, breakfast is great.

The hotel, and room, was clean and comfortable with serene gardens and pool.

The big let down was that there is no restaurant on site although the staff were happy to offer a few snacks. The pillows were very thin and of poor quality and the the toilet seat was ill fitting.

Pool is great and both receptionists were super friendly and helpful they even spoke English, the one that welcomed us at the resort did also put on the ac in the rooms for us before we arrived so that we could find it at a low temperature ? we really appreciated that she went the extra mile ??

The only downside of this hotel is that for dinner You have to eat in a restaurant somewhere in the vicinity (siracusa/ortigia) other than eat at the hotel

We had a nice poolside room so easy access with a child and the pool was good for small children. They are based on a farm that grow some of their own produce, so the breakfasts were nice with fresh fruit, meats and cheeses. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The rooms were very basic and the aircon was faulty. The pillows were like pancakes so didn’t sleep well as I couldn’t get comfortable. The surrounding area of the hotel had a lot of litter all over the place so not pleasant.

The pool was nice, however the features described were not available. Location was good, definitely need a car to access the surroundings.

When we first checked in, the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests, the mug was dirty and there was a lot of dust on the furniture. There were dead flies all over the floor by the garden door. Ant infestation on the door frame for the bathroom. Housekeepers do not replace used mugs daily and remove used towels but do not replace them, they also do not replace the toilet rolls - we had to ask reception for these replacements. We returned to the room one day and the housekeeper had sprayed my partners aftershave around the bedroom, very strange. If you’re by the pool in a pool side room, there is a chance you will be locked out of your room whilst it is being cleaned. Bathroom is a bad layout - no surfaces to put toiletries, the shower water would go everywhere as there is only one pane of glass. The shower drain cover was also broken and would come off when the shower is on, leaving an open hole.Breakfast was poor, not much option. Uncovered food with flies around. Food was reused next day.They provide tea and coffee in the rooms but do not provide milk, this has to be asked for from reception every time you want to make a drink in your room. They advertise as having loads of treatments and services e.g massages (don’t happen), hair treatments and beauty services (not on offer).The mattress is just 2 single mattresses on a wooden frame so they slide about and separate which gets very annoying throughout the night. Disappointed with this stay - not worth the money in my opinion.

A perfect location, away from civilisation but with all the comforts needed.

breakfast was ok. Not too far from some nice beaches

The mattress was solid rock, impossible to have a good sleep like that. The wall was stained and there was some rust on the toilet.

the staff were really nice and accommodating pool was really beautiful generally the place was really quite and peaceful lovely welcome drink on arrivalrooms are small and basic but clean

the bin collection is on the middle of the day so you can enjoy the smell of the rubbish. The breakfast was quite basic with little selection.The pool is really cold and children and people outside from the ‘resort’ used the pool. I wouldn’t call this a ‘resort’ but more like a b&b/hotel. Lighting isn’t great in the rooms. The pool had been rented out for an event on our last day full of children and external adults (apparently by the owner) which meant we couldn’t find a sunlounger and the guests hadn’t been made aware. If you want a ‘private’ hotel experience I wouldn’t recommend this hotel - we felt really disappointed having to share the pool with about 25-30 other people that weren’t staying at the hotel, especially when the pool is quite small.

The bed was quite hard.

Great location and very friendly, helpful and professional staff. The pool is very clean and the breakfast selection is great all round. It is in a location that is good for visiting Siracusaand has some great local restaurants close by that were recommended by the staff.

The room size could have been a little bigger for a family and the fridge a little bigger but very clean and well kept.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast and facilities. 10-15mins from Syracuse, 45mins from Catania airport and about 1hr 15 mins to Etna or Taormina by car, so you could conveniently explore the south-east part of Sicily from here.

bed is too hard!!!!the service for dinner at the hotel is much too long and expensive

We had a great time. Small resort but totally fine! Very comfortable beds and the stuff is super friendly and takes care of all needs. Breakfast could me more variety but it‘s sufficient for a couple days.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this Resort. We went in May and many other Hotels which have a pool, had it closed at that time. But this Hotel has a very nice, small pool which our children loved.The staff was very nice and went out of their way to make our stay great.We would come back any time!Highly recommended!

Quiet location with modern, though small, rooms.

We didn’t feel like this was a resort at all. It’s basically in a remote location with a pool…describing it as a resort gives the wrong impression. Our family room was rather small with only a small window up high. Felt as though we were in a box without any natural light. Wi-Fi didn’t work.
