Well located and staff extremely kind and helpful; good size of rooms

Not clean at all, we found flees; we found cat poo in the hall; two cats live in the hotel.Bathrooms were not clean at all, specially showers.No elevator and its on a second floor.

Great location with a beautiful view of the sea. The room was spacious rhe beds comfortable, and it was very clean. This hotel has lots of charm.

I wish there was a coffee/ espresso maker in the room. The shower is also pretty tight. I hit my elbow on the little shelf in rhe shower several times.

I’ve stayed here several times over the years. The staff is always warm and welcoming. The rooms with a balcony looking over the water are amazing.

The location is close to the water and convenient, if driving. The breakfast offered many choices. We liked the room and the facilities. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

Our top floor room was hard for me with no elevator. We had a balcony on the street side, but wish a room was available with a seaside view.

Beautiful room and amazing location! The staff was so lovely and helpful. Very kind people. Great breakfast too. Stay here if you have a chance! :)

.The staff Cinzia and David were wonderful!! Very personable and helpful. The location was good, room was clean and beds were comfortable.For the cost, the property needs an upgrade . Carpet on entrance is dated, Bathroom very dated, no fan for air circulation, very cheap soap and shampoo were provided and should be a bit nicer quality. Shower was very slow to drain, could also use a new toilet seat. Curtains in room are strange, blackout only covers the sides, so room is very light due to outside street lights. Breakfast was repetitive , not good choices and for the price, should not have an extra charge for cooked eggs. Most lacking offerings so far during our month long travels. Adding parking at 20 euro / day , this has be an expensive 3 nights. On last evening, there was an unpleasant odor in the stairwell to room, plumbing issue?

Rooms were big, staff as very friendly

There no elevator, so you may need to walk MANY stairs. The check-in is also upstairs, so be prepared with your bags.

Typical European breakfast with fresh bread, fruit, cheeses and meats included. Coffee machine for all the different selections

Amazing view and perfect location. I stayed in a sea-view room and waking up to that scenery was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and everything was very comfortable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ?✨

All was amazing.

The hotel was small but very quaint. The room was lovely and well appointed. Plenty of room for luggage and clothing storage. There was a very slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom that might have been coming from the shower drain but it was very clean. The hotel location is very convenient as it sits between the historic part of the city and the more modern part of the city.

The location of the hotel is on a very narrow street and we had some trouble finding it because cars are only allowed on the street at certain times of the day. However, if you are driving to the hotel you can proceed. Once you get to the hotel you give them your license plate number and they provide it to the local police so you won’t get a ticket/violation.

The room was spacioius with lovely view of the sea and small balcony. The hotel is spread over 2 buildings with a rooftop terrace in the building that we stayed in. This provided great views and was a good pace to relax in the sun.Breakfast was a good standard continental style provided in a small dining area in the neigbouring building.The hotel is small which we liked and in a great location in the old town.The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

There were a number of small niggles that bring down our rating for the hotel.It is an old building with no lifts, low ceilings in parts and many stairs. There is no bar in the hotel (though many near by). Access to the hotel is via a door that was usually locked and required staff to answer a door bell.The room had no tea/cofee making facilities, which would be expected at this standard. (staff compensating by bring hot water and cups when asked).The roof terrace whilst a great bonus had loungers that were not fully working.All of these issues were minor in our view, and did not spoil our stay there but others should be aware.

The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and nice. They helped me with anything I needed and provided recommendations. The location was great for me. It’s right next to the water and I was able to walk easily to the main square and other areas. This is an older property so you need to be aware of that. I wanted the old charme feel so I didn’t mind because it was just me and my room was clean. There is no elevator but I knew that in advance and the staff helped me to carry my bags. Even though I felt bad letting them. But if you have mobility issues then there is a lot of stairs. Otherwise I had a great stay here.

Location, incredible staff, nice room sizes

The hotel is very nice. The room had an exceptional view of the sea. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was continental style. The hotel is centrally located to all of the attractions in town.
