The perfect location, delicious full breakfast and wonderful friendly service from the entire staff.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy hosting us. The breakfast prepared each day was exceptional; best we have had in Sicily: scrambled eggs and bacon, delightful variety of very fresh croissants/pastries as well as a wide variety freshly sliced fruit.

“Superior” bedroom was spotlessly clean but furnishings were dated and should be replaced as well as add a few amenities to warm up the atmosphere instead of being a large room with limited appeal.

This hotel was amazing. The interior and the rooms are brilliantly designed. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and it was easy to get in contact with them. The breakfast was great and very convenient. The location is wonderful as well - not close to a lot of the touristy areas so it is quiet, but still in walking distance.

On Saturday night, there was some noise from the street, but it is nothing in the hotel can control.

The staff was the best. They fixed a problem with the booking immediately and offered us an excellent room with no additional cost. The breakfast on the street was a high point of our stay. Everything is beyond our expectations.

Our room was big, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was OK.

Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect on Ortigia Island - it was fairly easy to access with car and park at nearby lot. It was an easy walk to everything. Room was big and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

While bathroom was more than fine, it could use a little update. The price/value was reasonable, but it was a little more expensive then the other places we stayed at in Sicily.

There is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, this may not be the right place for you.

The location is great, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Big rooms (the 3 beds ones) and good breakfast.

No 24/7 reception and night available staff are non english speakers. No water pressure and no handset in the shower (only headset). No elevator, only stairs to get to the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing information about Siracusa. We had a spacious room with comfortable beds and the breakfast was exceptional.

The facilities were a bit old and it took some time until the water got warm.
