Albatros Hotel

Staff went out of their way to make our stay, even though it was short, the best it could be!! Even made a dinner reservation for us down the street.

That our stay was so short, wish we could have stayed longer!!

Small and cozy hotel with a great pool which we had just for ourselves upon checking out in a hot August day

Location is somewhat remote, but this should not be inconvenient of you drive a car

Clean and easy to go to neighboring villages and beach by car

Mattress…. They are broken and so uncomfortable to sleep

It was very nice Host. She provided us with all features and advised us some great restaurants near by.

The staff were friendly. The stay was comfortable, 24-hour checkout.

Language barrier, closed pool (wasn't announced on the reservation that the pool will be closed during our entire stay)

Good spot just outside Siracusa, close to the highway but not far from the centre. You need a car to stay here, and in fact the place is ideal if you are driving, since it has a good easily accessible secure parking.

There were no problems to report.

Ok for a sleepover

Dated interior, pitching noise coming from light fixtures, bad sound isolation (could hear TV from neighbors)

Spacious room with a lovely balcony. Very nice sitting area around the pool which I used to sit and read after a busy day sight seeing.

Shower did not have hot water, just Luke warm.

One of the receptionist (lady) was good.

Beds are not good. If you don't have a car, you're stucked to the hotel even though it's not far from Syracusa. Wifi worked half of the time.

I booked with balcony and bfast and no balcony and bfast have to pay extra never happened they said the system of booking .com it's making mistakes and they don't let us use pool because they were all booked they said

The pool was excellent. The location a 10 min drive from the city centre. The rooms were really comfortable with a nice terrace outside, would highly recommend versus the hotels in the centre, especially if you have a car.The pool staff was very attentive, very clean everywhere and peacefull!

the breakfast was good, and the location is excellent if you are travelling by car. The staff were very understanding and helpful. the pool and the area around it is wonderful and well kept and a special thanks to the attendants for continuous attention.

Staff is ok especially the receptionist woman & also she prepared our breakfast. Breakfast is good . Hotel is clean.

Nice hotel near Siracuse, ideal to explore Ortigia, Noto and the many beaches nearby. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is very good. There is a lovely pool, but unfortunately this only opened the first of May so we could not enjoy it.

We didn't know the pool only opened first of May, this was a bit disappointing but luckily there are many lovely beaches nearby.

the breakfast could have been better

location was out of the way on a busy road with frequent congestion. a bit dangerous to drive out of the hotel since we could get a clear view of oncoming traffic.The internet wifi wasn't working on the top floor
