Very disappointing.

It advertises as a hotel with a bar and restaurant, yet it doesn't operate a bar because it's the "off season" - early October. The restaurant, (which says it is also a pizzeria) only opened at 8pm, not earlier and had a very restricted menu, just one starter dish, just one pasta dish and one main dish. Very very disappointing. If it had stated clearly on Booking.com that it was offering such a limited service at this time of year I'd have booked somewhere else.

Excellent breakfast. Private parking. Exceptionally service minded host (Andrea) helped us with restaurant recommendations etc. The friendly lady at the breakfast served us morning coffee an hour before the breakfast actually opened. Nice garden and outdoor area.

Pool area close early (18:00) and opens late (10:00). Restaurant has to be prebooked, so in general not open.

It's a nice, quiet villa just outside Syracuse. You could have breakfast on a lovely little terrace in the garden, and dinner in the restaurant next to the pool. The garden is huge and nice to enjoy some greenery. Parking is in the garden, a few meters from the villa, which seems like a comfortable and safe option.

On the last day of our stay, the electricity stopped working for a few hours in the morning.

Hotel is well located outside Syracuse with beautiful gardens and superb swimming pool. Parking onsite with easy access.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful building with a pretty garden, and our room was lovely. Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast were both very good. This hotel has excellent parking facilities and is very secure. While we did not use it, the hotel also has a stunning swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Family room ok for one night but for longer would be a bit small. The area is rather industrial, so a car is necessary.

Probably as we visited out of season, but really lovely place .

Set in its own secure, extensive, well tended gardens and swimming pool; breakfast can be taken on the terrace. You need your own car to access nearby eateries for lunch and dinner; Andrea and his helpful staff offer guidance. Don’t miss sunset looking across the bay, from some of them, towards Ortigia.Our downstairs room opened on to the terrace, gardens and a short walk to the pool. All was very clean, tidy and well provided.

The garden, the pool (!!!!) and the rooms were exceptional. Especially the cute balcony. It feels like a little paradise garden

Closed restaurant, that we didn’t know about, which could be nice to be informed of beforehand. But the staff compensated for it which was perfect ? we loved it

The garden and the pool - also plenty of parking

On Satuday’s the restaurant of the property hosts a party, which keeps going till after 2am. We were not informed about this, would have chosen a different hotel. Nor on arrival nobody told us about this. We could not sleep the music was very loud as if a massive speaker was in our room. We complained multiple times, sometimes they lower just a little bit and sometimes they ignore us. An apology was made by receptionist on Monday, but it ruined our sleep.

The staff were amazing.The breakfast was excellent.A beautiful pool and a restaurant on sight if you didn’t want to drive the 15 minutes into town.

Friendly staff, super nice swimming pool, comfy room with a balcony, good AC. Very good pizza at their restaurant.

Breakfast could be better

Parking was very easy. The pool is lovely. Having a drying rack on our balcony was great!

The hotel is quite basic, and could do with a clean - everything felt old and tired. It is in the middle of nowhere, so once you get there, you're isolated. Also, though the pool is lovely, the timings are such that it is of very little use to tourists, who are usually out during the day!
