Hilton Garden Inn Munich Messe

The hotel is exceptional. It was a spring and the view to yellow fields, amazing. Breakfast is great, rooms are superb (spayed in Novotel and Holiday inn - cannot even be compared). Fitness, and huge quiet business room.

Well nothing really. Free parking would be great but not critical.

Nicole was absolutely amazing. She was working at the bar and we decided to stay at the same hotel on the way back so we could also meet her with our little doggie. We will come in future as Nicole is wonderful.

Overall it was very nice. I’d improve the breakfast so it has the real english breakfast (not the current sausages and bacon) but the real one. Also Pain au chocolat would be nice. More fruit options and some water in the room.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. The twin room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was professional and efficient.The location is convenient, especially for those traveling by car, with secure parking available and easy access to the motorway.Note: the parking is 8€ per night, but is safe.

Stayed at the hotel whilst attending a show at Munich Messe. Airport is 25 mins from the airport (€65 in an Uber) and 10 minutes from the Messe (€16 in an Uber). Hotel is well appointed. Huge bed, big TV, tea and coffee making (no fridge), iron and ironing board. Lovely hot shower with overhead option, body wash, shampoo and conditioner included. Heated bathroom mirror. Comfy bed. Aircon can be heard but pretty quiet and not used that much. WiFi good enough for TEAMS calls. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of hot food, pastries, cereal and breads. If you're gluten-free, just ask and they'll sort something out for you. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. For what we needed regarding location and price, it was ideal. Will certainly stay here again.

A serene & silent location. Away from city traffic. Excellent Breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Having its own restaurant with limited variety of food. Nice Shower, decent sized room, creaking but comfy bed. Very courteous staff.

Since it is away from city, one needs to have own car. Families with Kids may not enjoy it is a quite place with no activities around. Otherwise, every thing is perfect with a lighter note, travel only, if you are alone. If travelling with GF or wife, don't try to make love. Whole of hotel will get to know, as the bed creaks even with sitting. Forget having ×××

The hotel specializes in serving exhibition visitors. Everything is at a good level. We specially liked the price, which is very friendly for a 4-star hotel during the period between exhibitions.

No fridge in room

Top new rooms, lot of space, excellent bathroom and beds. Very convenient close by the Highway

The check inn was extremely slow, one couple in front of me took so much time and also my booking requested a lot of time. Would definitly modernize the check inn procedure and maybe faster staff

Almost everything. Kind staff, good breakfast, nice room, reasonably priced garage.

The mini fridge is listed as a room facility, but there is no fridge. We missed it.

After 4 years coming to the same hotel from Italy, I’m very dissatisfied on how the hotel has changed, breakfast no longer typical European with lots of ham, pork and so on. Poorly the staff clearly told us their whole breakfast is halal!!! Really? How about if we want to eat bacon eggs or cheese and ham sandwich? Ohhh well what to say! No wonder the hotel looked like a refugee camp! Doesn’t stand for its brand no more Hilton ….. pity

NEVER AGAIN

das ist KEIN Hilton. this is NOT a Hilton. Dear Friends, I went to Munich with my spouse to pick up five brand new 53 EQS AMGs for my company which I was really excited to do. I was sure that picking a Hilton would be a pleasure - just like I was used to in the US, Japan, UK, Italy and Germany every time. But it wasn't. There was noone at the check in at 23:00 so we had to wait for 15 minutes for the check in to begin. The bed sheets and windows were dirty and ugly (pictures), the bathroom was smelly and unpleasant. The towels were smelly. The breakfast room was really dirty - the floors were sticky and the cushions on the seating had stains on them and were disgusting. The waiters stopped the service after the clock hit the time for ending the breakfast. I was making a coffee and had to tell the waiter I was not finished. he did this 3 times with me. I was telling him I did not finish eating and he shout off the machines and I had to tell him again and again that I was not done. horror. after all those horrible experiences I told the blonde lady at the reception about all of that. I am very kind and polite and you can see that on my other hotel reviews. The unpolite, superarrogant and very unpleasant blonde lady started to tell me that I am interrupting her and she did not wanted to continue the conversation. I felt totally ashamed in front of of my spouse and went to my room to leave this horrible place and this horribe person as fast as as possible. I have never EVER felt so bad in the past 10 years. We booked the ERB best western the next day and it was a total pleasure. The rooms at the Erb itself are a little dated - but the ladys at the reception of the ERB Best Western were angels compared to the arrogant lady at the filthy hotel which has absolutely no right to call itself a Hilton. Avoid this horrible place at any cost! I wish you all the best and recommend the AMG 53 EQS for anyone. They are "sheer joy" - like Osho would say
