Very very Noisy.. I could hear my neigbours, Could not lock the room from insideI could hear the noise from the corridor as if there was no door

Breakfast was great, staff was very polite!

Beds were very uncomfortable and hard, but the rooms itself were great.

Not only my room was comfortable and spacious, but the staff was super nice with me.I had an accident at Nordschleife and got a broken collarbone. Even though I had already checked out, they were extremely nice to accommodate me through the day while I tried to organize a way to go home and offered me all the help I could need.It was really amazing to be so well treated.

The proximity to the Nürburgring is great and it is just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. It appeared the hotel was full of team members, course marshalls and industry representatives which says a lot about the relationship with the track. The hotel also did catering for our VIP lounge so they really took care of us for the whole stay.

The parking areas were a bit small for being fully booked but it was manageable. My guess is it is not a problem outside of big event periods.

Been staying here every year for 5 years. This garage problem was the first and only problem.

We didn't like our allocated garage, which we thought was secure, being given to other people and ours being changed into another one. The reason we didn't like this is that as we thought it was ours to use as booked, we left tools and riding gear in the garage which therefore was open and could have been stolen. Apparently 'a garage' means 'any garage per day' and not for the whole stay. This we would like to change when we book again. This however will not change anything for our stay in a future booking. Second one this same year.

Very nice staff. Breakfast was good.

No elevator on the guest house. I think this was the only negative things about our stay.

The welcoming & friendly staff are this Hotels No 1 asset. The room is soundproof, good size, comfy beds, good sized bathroom & great outlook! Wiesemscheid is so close to the Nürburgring but not busy. A great country village. The breakfast was awesome & both buffet & a la Carte dinners were plentiful & tasty.

After a long journey, the room was not available because they were still cleaning it.Although we arrived about 20 min after the official check-in time, we had to wait 1 hour more to go to the room.Our room was located about 50 meters away from the main facilities, so we had to cross the road to get in touch with the receptionist or eat breakfast.There were no towels in the room, and we had to ask for it.

we booked a room with a balcony and got a room without. It's a hotel with multiple blocks so we went back and forth. That was not a nice experience and should not have been necessary if the requested booking would have been respected.

Lovely big room nice food,nice beer, garage for my bike. Close to the nurburgring

Just the staff, well 1 member of staff was a bit miserable. And stood chatting about customers at the bar, not great.

Breakfast was very good, location very quiet and close to Nürburgring, staff friendly. Dinner was big portions and very delicious.

It was cold in the room as night was chilly and mattresses could be softer and pillows could be better too.

Perfect distance from Adenau and the ring entrance and the also the ring karts/ e bar. Can't fault

We have stayed at the Rieder for many years. It's an excellently run family hotel very close to the Nurburgring circuit. Their food and service is exemplary and they have the best bathrooms we've ever experienced.

Location was good, the staff were very helpful.Service excellent and a very clean comfy room.The food was cooked exactly as we asked for, excellent meal.Bike parked up in secure garage.Breakfast was plentiful and really good.Would certainly recommend this gem of a hotel.

The location is very close to the Nürburgring in a small village. The room and bathroom were clean and breakfast was good.

The room has blinds on the outside to keep the light out BUT (big but) the bathroom has a poor curtain and no blinds on the outside. Because there is a glassdoor between the bathroom and bedroom do not expect to sleep long in the morning! There is too much sunlight in the room. Also the pillows were far too soft.

The service and food at dinner was very good, even though we we're pretty much the only ones to actually have dinner there. Breakfast in the morning was fine as well. Service for luggage after check-out was great.
