The rooms were clean.

The Air contioner was not wroking and it was too hot to sleep during the night.

The TV channel was in German. Hot shower. Comfy bed and enough space for few days. Close to petrol station, KFC, and train station.

The rediator/AC was not giving enough warmth and there was no kettle in the room, however was able to get hot water for noodle from reception, coffee machine.

We love Ibis hotels brand generally so we booked this one in good faith. Parking very large with lots of spaces. Location - close to motorway/ petrol station. Pet friendly.Breakfast ok.

The receptionist from that evening!1* We don't know his name but he really need training. Very bored, rude with some customers, unprofessional.saying his shift is ending in 15 min so he was unwilling to help .The night was quite busy with people coming in and he was just unhappy that he need to check in all of us.... He was also dealing with the bar - but everything we and other people asked it was replying - i don't know, I don't drink from prices to types of drinks. You should know , you selling them. They are part of your job. Very dissapointing.

Comfortable room, cosy, clean bed, clean bathroom. Good staff.

In our room heating thermostat was broken. So heating has been off, I think it’s not a bog problem to fix it.

Breakfast was really good! Both cold and hot dishes served in the mornin, excellent value for money!The room and bathroom were perfectly clean!Would recommend it for people who like a quieter area with easy access to the city centre (5 min walk to train station and only a 10 minute journey)

We stayed in a two person bedroom, with only two pillows in total, so extra pillows would be pleasant!The shower head holder was a bit broken, so we had to hold the shower head in our hands to be able to shower properly.

The only positive aspect was simply having a place to stay.

We experienced several negative issues during our stay. On 5 December 2025 at 11:00, during our check-in, we were unexpectedly charged an additional €20 for early check-in despite having a two-night reservation, which did not feel guest-oriented. Moreover, the male receptionist on the morning shift who assisted us had a rather rude and harsh communication style, which made our arrival experience unpleasant. We also encountered service problems in the room; towels were not replaced on the second day and the trash was not collected, which was disappointing in terms of housekeeping quality. In addition, there was a serious noise disturbance late at night—around 03:00–04:00 we heard someone aggressively knocking on another room’s door right outside ours, which was both disturbing and concerning from a security perspective. For these reasons, our overall comfort and satisfaction were unfortunately low. We definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Good location, great access to trains, good price.

In-room bathroom cleanliness could have been better, we saw hairs stuck on the wall as soon as we walked in.

Good location staff friendly clean rooms and plenty of space in the rooms Id definitely return here if I was to return for Christmas markets next year A****

Good price for the value. Default ibis hotel without problem.

Location. There are S and RB trains going to the center. But be careful, they could be under construction, so instead of 15-20 minutes, you will spend 40-50 minutes to reach Hbf.

Location says airport but it is far from the airport. Not a good location

The room is very basic but clean and ok. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room and some water or a water heater. The breakfast is very basic but of good quality
