Hotel Eisbach

breakfast is ok

bad WiFi.room is not soundproof.guest withdog is too loud

The staff were exceptionally helpful, we spoke no German but all the staff spoke English to some degree and made every effort to understand and meet our needs. The hotel is very clean and the bedrooms comfortable

Convenient location, wonderful restaurant and breakfast, kind staff, clean, parking.

Slightly dated rooms but everything was comfortable and clean and had everything you need. So really not a problem at all.

Convenient location near the highway, good restaurant on site, very good breakfast

The room was relatively small

It was at a good location. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good.

The mattress of the beds were uncomfortable due to the fact that they had dips in them showing a lot of wear. There was also hair on the shower room’s floor and mould between the tiles. When using the shower the water seemed to take ages to warm up but that’s maybe due to the fact that it is an old building.

Lovely and clean, in the centre of the village, good facilities

Breakfast was lovely. Dining room and location was great

I was unable to get any tea making facility in the room. It is always nice to have a cup of tea in bed.

Everything the waiter was so friendly and helpful he couldn't do enough for you. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was excellent. The waitress at breakfast always made sure you had everything you wanted.

Excellent hotel very good food in the restaurant and breakfast also very good. Staff really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the hotel and will always stay here when I am in the area

all very good. Location perfect.

Unfortunately staircase is small and no lift

Car scratched while using hotel's parking

There is no video surveillance in the hotel parking area and our car was heavily scratched while parked. We couldn't do anything since they don't take any responsibility for what happens in their parking area. Dissapointed.

Nice authentic style hotel, very kind staff

no aircon or central air

Poor

the bed / mattress left my back and neck in so much pain! not at all comfortable and very small single

This was me second visit to the hotel, and I will return again in the future. The location off the main highway is excellent. The room was comfortable and the evening meal was above my expectation in both quality and service.

Perfect overnight stay on our wayto Austria, clean, comfortable and a great restaurant (even on Jan 1st). Would recommend!!
