Pros +
- Very convenient to the main street , shops and restaurants. Easy street access . No stairs .Large bed , large double shower and tub . Bistro set with chairs outside the door and space to park your bike.
- Lovely hotel in the heart of Nes. Good rooms, great restaurant and the only drawback I can think of is the sometimes noisy guests on the terrace outside
- clean, bright room with coffee machine & rituals products .
Cons -
- No sink near the toilet . Had to walk around into a different room around the corner to wash your hands . Also parking is about 2.5 blocks away but you can drop off your suitcase and then park . The sitting area is sparse and needs some comfortable chairs or couch .
- Sometimes noisy guests
- ventilation didn’t work in the bathroom and there was no soap shelf/tray in the shower.

Staff was super friendly and hospitable. Breakfast and specially the coffee delicious. Just a general nice place to stay.
Bit surprised by the full name list of visitors staying at the location. Perhaps this can be made a bit more privacy-proof.
Everything well arranged, check in went smooth and we had enough information to enjoy our stay. The manager of the property, Stefano, was super kind and very helpful
The room and the property could have a bit more soul
Excelent location, bed was very comfortable and the room is kept in good condition.
Sound insulation is not good, you can hear everyone passing biñy the street. Room is lacking any kind of decoration, it gives the impression of not being fully finished.

- It is a bit expensive
