Hotel Pelli Hof Rendsburg by Tulip Inn

Hotel is easy walking distance from the train. Staff was great, and because they were not too busy that day, they checked us in early. The hotel is a little dated but we found it very comfortable.

Would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

It was central and easy to park. Not to expensive

Room was small(expected as per price)No AC (wasn't stated to be) Ventilation was not good enough.Room smelled, like some body put the hardfloor on top of an old rug.We needed to have the window and door open to get rid of the worst part of the smell.

Clean rooms and nice staff but not that helpful.

We booked two rooms for six people and when we arrived there was only one double bed available in each room. When we enquired we were told that our children should sleep in the bed with us no not a very comfortable nights sleep!

The signs for the hotel were poor especially arriving at night in the rain.

After travelling from centre of Sweden towards Germany, the location came out very good for our first stay-over. It was easy to get to the hotel and it's located at the centre of Rendsburg.

As the weather was very warm the area of the hotel turned out humid and hot and the hotel lacks air conditioning, which turned out to be a real pain.We were assigned a "suite" with 2 main rooms and sort of a "bathroom-room", ie a bathroom built within a larger room, but not having any true privacy of the occupant. We did unfortunately not sleep very much during this night and started our 2nd day fatigued.Considering the price for this night they value for money turns can't be considered good.

The hotel is located in the centre of a small town, yet in the quiet surroundings of a large urban park. Even the hotel car parking place located at the back of the building is among the greenery.The room although small, met our expectations and the breakfast was excellent.

The building clearly had some history, and our room was unusual in having a bathroom almost as large as the bedroom, in what appeared to have been an antechamber.

Nothing really to dislike, it had a slightly faded feeling to it, which suited us.

We looked at the rating, and thought, well OK its just one night, but we were surprised in a positive way. Good bed - fine linnen. The Hotel is actually good, and there is a A parking lot is inside a court. An excellent Italian restaurant is also in the building - a park is just across the hotel. City center is easyily reached by foot.

Location

Very expensive for a quite outdated Hotel with unfriendly staff.

Generous breakfast, kept me going into late afternoon. Location was perfect for my purposes and easily reachable from Railway Station.

There might be signposting from street at both entrances to courtyard where hotel entrance is located - if possible in this old building.

The staff at the Pelli Hof always offers fantastic service, and the Torre Suda Restaurant next door has great food. I come back every time I am in Rendsburg.

The room is classic.Free coffee and croissant.

Intresting old building with history.Shops nearby . Park nearby. Parking lot.

Small room. Bad chi- between to big main roads. Old furniture with a lot of damage on it. Reminds me of a jail setting. Long dark halls. Note on the door that the scammer likes to bather the guests.Finally, I left and drove 90min home instead to spend the night. Even I won't get the money back.

Beautiful building. Good size rooms

Was a very nice property. Check in staff quite rude. Busy chatting on the phone, rolling eyes at the conversation. Very inappropriate.

Fine breakfast. Very kind and helpsom staff.

Noycy rooms.-

The location is nice and the price is less as compared to other hotels in the area.

There is no elevator so we had to lift the luggage. There was no help available. My husband has a heart problem but we had to manage anyways. The staff was very stone-faced most of the time. The breakfast was OK but expensive for the price.

Not staying again

Not very clean (dirty spots all over, light switches, walls ect) broken tiles in the bathroom and horrible pillows in bed. This place needs refurbishment and a good cleaning.

Great location, close to the station and the town centre. The building from the outside looks really nice.Arrived 3 hrs early to drop the luggage off and staff kindly checked us in and let us in the room.

It’s not that I didn’t like anything about the property, but it’s tired, sadly. As I said, the building looks very nice from the outside. The garden was a bit overgrown (not sure if that’s the hotels responsibility or the restaurants). The inside was ok but a bit of investment would get the place back on its feet. We had the King suite and it was very spacious, no complaints at all. There was a small adjoining bedroom and a small bathroom, with a very small shower - some investment for a large bathroom and walk in shower and that room is amazing!! Oh, and a coffee making machine. Small gripe was that I messaged the hotel before travelling to check if there was a clothes iron in the room (not listed) or in the hotel as I’d travelled from the UK, with a couple of days in Hamburg in between for a wedding, so had smart clothes. No reply :( luckily we didn’t need one
