Pros +
- Staff was truly great. I was so grateful for their help and guidance while I was in Catania. They gave me good advice about the things I could see and where to go. Location was excellent.
- The help of the staff and the location next to the sea.
Cons -
- I only have a few things that I felt was a challenge. Currency exchange, I ran out of Euros and I wish they were able to either exchange my currency or know exactly where I could go to exchange it. Taxi driver was very over priced vs other taxi's.
- The charge of 15 Euros per person to use the access to the sea and the very small shower cubical.
