Hotel Villa Clementina

We booked a table for dinner on the night of our arrival and even though we were late flying in to Rome, they kept the restaurant open for just us and there was no rush to finish our meal. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with several choices. The staff were very friendly and attentive even though it seemed like we were the only ones there.

There was nothing to dislike about this place apart from we were there in the winter so were unable to experience the pool.

My room a bit small

Lovely accommodation in a peaceful location with a lovely huge lake within walking distance so long as you like walking. On the lakeside there are bars and restaurants with amazing views. The host was great and nothing was too much trouble, even giving us a lift to the station because the local taxi service was not in operation at that time. The restaurant at the accommodation is very good.

Beautifully located hotel with lovely gardens and helpful staff. Especially pleased that an excellent supper was provided for us despite our being the only guests. The proprietress went out of her way to make us welcome

Peaceful, quiet and clean. Everything we wanted

Villa clementina is the perfect place for a quiet get away to the beautiful country side, while still staying in close proximity to Rome for day trips. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden and the very friendly and accommodating hosts. It was an amazing trip.

Gorgeous setting. Fabulous artist suite with enormous bathroom, private spa area, beautiful pool and the best restaurant for breakfast and dinner!

What a wonderful slice of heaven on Lake Bracciano! We loved our room with hand painted frescoes, Frette towels.... such a comfortable bed and a gorgeous fireplace.

The lady working in the morning was very pushy - we wanted to drive up the hill to get our bags instead of dragging them down the hill but she wouldn't let us. More parking at the entry or assigned parking at the entry would have been nice. It was too expensive to be dragging bags up and down a hill.

Remote location with big outside areas with a lot of tumbling space for kids. Nice breakfast and helpfull staff.

The outside area was uncozy and not prepared after the winter.

Nothing to grumble about. Perhaps the continental breakfast could be a bit varied and offered in a way to factor and marry the italian and mediterranean diet.

The staff and the property made this place amazing. The grounds are also wonderful and relaxing.

It was far from town which, so it would have been helpful to have a car.

The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, level of cleanliness very high. Staff especially pleasant.

The location was further out of town than we expected which meant driving to restaurants in the evening but we could have checked this beforehand.

Quirky, family hotel. Definitely not a faceless corporate box

WiFi was a bit patchy

Very Good continental breakfast, serving by hotel’s staff. All you need was there. All was delicious, especially croissants and traditional Christmas Italian cake.

Nothing. We were delighted with everything: a very nicely decorated room with a lot of space, coffee and tea machine, wardrobes and nice toiletries.

- Location.- The landscaping job of the hotel.- The evening shift guy who checked us in.

AC was not working, though its fan was spinning. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Room had trash and empty vine bottle under the table when we arrived.

Fabulously peaceful location. Interestingly designed room. Very friendly and helpful staff, Lovely swimming pool and garden area. One of my favourite meals of the holiday. Closeness to Rome Fiumicino Airport (less than an hour).

Air conditioning in the room never cooled the room and being within woodland means insects and the potential of high numbers of mosquitos.

A little bit of paradise!

It’s a lovely small hotel with its own grounds and great facilities- swimming pool,tennis court,spa, gardens.
