The place is very clean , obviously december 8th was not fully booked.Room with terrace and hot tub ,nice, fantastic view to lake .Breakfast rich and delicious .A bit tricky getting there at night ,narrow road.Drive slow you will do just fine.Did not have chance to go to spa. Resort close to Braciano with restaurants and castle . Restaurant in the resort thought to be excellent ,we did not eat there.

Grounds were beautiful as was the view of the lake. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and choices. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was outstanding.

The outdoor jacuzzi was not hot enough. The dry sauna was also not hot enough. The spa was limited and not impressive.

Beautiful resort, very spacious and comfortable room. Spa area can be used free of extra charge.Breakfast is pretty good (would add some vegetables but that’s generally missing in a lot of places). Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price!

Back Terrace does not have a good view and is not as private as it could be.

Breakfast was excellent and included. Everything was perfect. Room had a very cute balcony looking over the lake & village.

Gorgeous grounds, great amenities, and beautifully appointed. The hotel staff was a highlight. The service was friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit in our room wasn’t working. We asked staff to help and they tried, but it did not resolve the issue, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Amazing. Very beautiful lake view, very good facilities and spa. The restaurant was the best we had in Italy!!

The location is simply beautiful as well as the room that had a really nice design and super comfortable, especially the bed. Very good quality for the breakfast. We had dinner there and food was tastyPool with the view on the lake 10+

Beautiful property overlooking Lake Bracciano. We stayed in the junior suite (room 6) with a terrace, and it was absolutely lovely. Very clean, with nice decor, large bathroom and an expansive terrace that had two lounge chairs as well as a couple of bistro tables with chairs. The view of Lago di Bracciano was breathtaking. After a cocktail and quick bite to eat, we took advantage of the outdoor hot tub and enjoyed that very much. Had we had a longer stay, we would have used the pool and spa, but our time was limited. However, we walked all around to check everything out and yes, the spa is quaint, but oh so modern, clean and perfect. The resort only has 15 rooms, so there aren’t too many guests on the property at one time and there is no sense of overcrowding.The bar on the first floor is great, with bar food to offer if the restaurant is closed.The breakfast that was included with the price of our room was excellent!There was a full buffet plus the waitress came and brought us a menu that offered a la carte items made to order. I had read a review that said the breakfast was limited and didn’t have bacon, but that is far from accurate. It is possible that the breakfast has been improved since that review, so I assure you it is wonderful and plentiful.We chose to stay for one night before our flight back to the U.S. from Rome and we wished we had stayed at least two, but next time we will.Parking was on site and there was no lack of spaces. The drive to FCO was only 45 minutes and very easy. The staff were all very kind, accommodating and fluent in English!We would also recommend visiting the castle that is set above the resort, as it was so amazing to walk through and the views were incredible. (Not for people who have a lot of mobility issues however)Two things to note for those people who read this through, the road/driveway to the resort is a bit steep and narrow with some rough terrain.

The property, the room, the view, the pool, the breakfast and most importantly the staff! The manager and her sons were so nice and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Such a wonderful place. Will definitely come back!

Dinner wasn’t that great, and drinks from the bar were a little expensive.. happy hour and apertivo would’ve been a nice touch

I chose this hotel for its perfect location near to the beautiful Brancciano lake, as I had a cruise trip planned for the next dayIt turned out to be an unforgettable stayThis hotel provided an unforgettable stay. Its location is perfect, very close to the small village of Brancciano and its castle as well as the lake, its garden is absolutely stunning – a true highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering a complimentary ride to the castle. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, beautiful setting, and fantastic service.I want to thank them for everything, I will highly recommend it to others and would love to come back again one day.

The rooms are surrounded by a beautiful garden, amazing pool and stunning view on the lake. The staff was lovely, the room comfy, quiet and spotless.

The staff were exceptional. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was incredible with views of the lake and the beds were very comfy. We had such a peaceful 2 days there, we can't wait to go back.

The food was only ok. I think the breakfast was a little confusing because there was an a la carte menu but we never got it. It was not easy to understand what you could order. We had dinner in the restaurant and everything was great except the main course.

We booked this as our last night before returning to Rome. It was perfect: beautiful, relaxing, with amazing views. The restaurant was excellent, some of the best food we ate in Italy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent visit! From the quick and easy check in to the clean, comfortable room, to the friendly staff and delicious food, everything went well with our stay. Beautiful property on a hillside above the lake and below the castle.
