We Love the staff they are very accomodating, the room was very clean. The place is super very near everywhere. Love to comeback again!

Lack of parking facilities!!!!Had to park 100+ meters away, behind several rows of buildings/ blocks, in a public lot, which was free.This was disappointing, as I ran a "free parking" search in google. There was also no elevator and we, two 60+ year olds climbed two sets of steps (one set circular!)Also the toilet was right next to the corner/ wall.

Clean and comfortable hotel right by the historical center of Bracciano. I had a renovated room. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. I had to leave early in the morning before breakfast began. However, the staff still was able to make me a cappuccino and get me some cornetti to take away!

It's a nice and clean hotel with friendly staff and decently sized rooms and bathroom. It is very close to the castle of Bracciano and the staff was very helpful in helping us find a solution to unload the car and, afterwards, to give us advise for dinner.

The most annoying thing is the absence of a nearby parking. The staff advised to park where it's not allowed to unload our car but then the actual parking is half a km away.The breakfast is served in what look more a corridor than an actual room and it's decent but not much more than that.Additionally one of the pieces of furniture in the room was broken and potentially dangerous

The Albergo Della Posta is a very nice hotel in the center of Bracciano just a 5 minute walk from the castle and the restaurants in town. The hotel is nice, clean, and safe, and the included breakfast buffet had the perfect amount of options. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Perfect location for exploring the town.

Just a couple of minor issues - the first was the pillows. I am not a fan of very firm pillows, and so these were not my type. The other issue was the street noise. Not the hotel's fault, but the town seems to be away at the crack of dawn and since our room faced the street (which was very active as it is one of the primary roads through town), an open window let in noise from the vehicles on the street. However, after hours, the street was very quiet so not an issue overnight.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. In the rooms and also the rest of the space. Amazing staff, best receptionist ever, Alessandro! He helped us with everything and had all the patience in the world! If we will be back in Bracciano, this is definitely the place we will always choose to stay!

The staff, breakfast and location were the best!

The room was dark, with an interior window, but it was value for money so it’s hard to complain about this.

The location is great! Right around the corner is the castle. You could easily find a place to dine nearby. I was prepared that the hotel was old and didn't have AC or fridge in the room.

The was a step in my room on the way to the bathroom. I almost fell 3 times. It was scary. My room had the windows to the street. It was warm so I had to open the window, so it was noisy and hard to fall asleep. Park far in advance, there is no parking near the hotel. I also had a bit of a misunderstanding with the receptionist. When I came, he didn't ask me to pay, so I thought that I paid via booking.com. There was nobody behind the counter when I left. The next day, I was like 50km from the city and I got a message on booking that I left without paying. Nobody called me, So instead of going to the terms and enjoying my last day in Italy, I had to go back to the hotel just to pay. I called them and begged them to perform the payment online, but they said that they couldn't and I must come. Not to say that when I came, I didn't even get an apology. I know those things happen but in my opinion, it could be managed differently on the hotel side.

Our room was great. Comfortable and had everything we required. The staff were absolutely fabulous very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be any better, on the main street just down from the gorgeous castle, restaurants and shops

AC did not always work properly.

The best location we could expect, close to the old part of the city, close to the parking spots (there are some free parking spots close to 2-3 mins walk). Room was good with comfy bed, personal was very helpful. Recommended place to stay in Bracciano.

The only minus (in my opinion quite big during the summer) was lack of mini fridge in the room. When its close to 40C outside, it would be great to put water or another things there, especially in the closest shop(carrefour), they do not have water in fridge like in other shops in other cities as rome. Fortunatelly, Alessandro from the reception helped us with our stuff, which had to be in the fridge as guanciale or pecorino cheeses. From our perspective it did not impact as so much as we arrived at 5:30 pm and we departured at 9am when the temperatures were around 30C.

The front desk staff speak English and were very very helpful - even taking my luggage up the stairs to my room (note - no elevator). The room was great - had the basics and very clean.

They’re in the middle of town. Fantastic location. Staff was very nice, and helpful. Large room. Close to parking and the Castle, and many great views (nearby).

Construction - currently happening, not divulged. King bed was 2 twins, pushed together. Thin mattress, on bed. Cigarette burn on coverlet. Need heavier curtains. Limited breakfast options.

Alessandro and his brother were super nice, they try to solve any problem and help you with anything you need. The location is awesome, close to the best spots! I will definitely come back :)

Breakfast was simple but tasty, location was ideal - 200 metres from train station, 200 metres from castle - the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Ideally a fridge in the room. Italy gets hot so you need somewhere to chill your water. Also it would have helped to keep my wife’s medication cool.

Alessandro, the hotel manager, went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable.Fresh Orange juice with breakfast.

My initial room was uncomfortable with traffic noise. Alessandro found me an alternative quiet room.
