Holiday Inn Express Paris - Velizy By IHG

Convenient to BVA airport. 10 minutes from Beauvais airport.

They typically do not have a receptionist and you call a remote operator to get your door code. When there was someone there, they were helpful and friendly.

Everything was good, clean, confort, good breakfast

Nice rooms , comfy, Clean , airconditioning, shower, friendly staff. Great value for money.

Breakfast was just modest. Could be better.

At my last day Ms. Dieretou helped us with our questions and solved our issues quickly. Special thanks to her kindness and support.

Breakfast was not great in terms of different options also time to time some of the food were finished.

The room was good and spacious.Unfortunately, the breakfast was very basic and disappointing for the family.

This hotel is a 1 in my book after 60 years of traveling all over the world!! the food was horrible-staff was horrible except for a couple of people-room had no phone was requested 3 times to no avail-by the manager himself-all electrical plugs in room were stripped out so no way to charge lap tops-cell phones etc!! We gave the manager and sent you emails that we were leaving on tues to a different hotel but no reply from you???? Like a stranded dog in the desert with no help!! Your payment will be contested since we can not depend on booking.coms ratings on hotels or help after the sale!! Manager wanted to know why we needed a phone-DUH!!!! We liked nothing-as you can tell!!

Nothing-see the above notes as that should have been your first question We could not get the manager to call you to cancel the reservation-even though he suggested this after cancelling with him!! We stayed 4 nights-we need credit for the other 6 nights as we tried our best to contact you with this info!!!

Breakfast was basic. Location ?

I was generally shocked ? I was fooled by the fact that it was an IHG hotel. It’s okay for people travelling for work for a day or 2. And this should be made clear by Booking.com. I wanted to leave but couldn’t because Booking.com wouldn’t refund my money- so the hotel said.

Breakfast was good and friendly staff, clean rooms

I’m still waiting my parking refund 15€ after 2 weeks.

Location was not bad. There is shopping mall close to the otel. Paris is far from only 30-45 min drive. Breakfast was enough.

Room temperature was not enough. Towels were dirty. Bad wifi connection.

The hotel is very well situated and easily reached by public transport. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and tge beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend it for visitors of Velizy.

Hotel is nice, clean and suitable for business travelers. Room was big enough, comfortable and clean. easy access to roads and highway. Walking distance to shopping area and restaurants.

Entrance and exit from parking area - typically french - extremely small. Pay extra care when using parking ;)

We were a big group using big bus, stayed 3nights here, Cleanlines, spacious room for family with children, value of moneyDelicious n fresh free breakfast for all were a great bonus, nice stay, thank u IHG group..

Because we (big groups) came with big bus, so location was fine compare to city centre and public transport, plus close to big mal and auchan big supermarket, so very convenient

Superb

The distance from Paris Centre and the money I had to spent on transport. Public transport is time consuming. The road constructions all around the hotel were a big problem too.

The Breakfast was good, but every day the same, people wish to experience the french variation of food taste if applicable . The entry of the guarage and the way up to the reception is terrible...may has not been renewed.

Breakfast really poor

Location was great and the hotel was compact. Breakfast was rich with many kind of ingredients and bakery products such as croissants and pains au chocolat. They clean your room regularly and the room was always in a good temperature. The staff was really nice to us. I generally prefer to stay at this hotel during my visits in Paris.

Parking place is very narrow and it is really hard to control a car inside. If you have a SUV or a big sedan, you could have some problems inside the parking area.
