    Pros +

    • Horrible experience for cheap normal price
    • My stay at this hotel was purely for work—otherwise, I would never have known there’s a hotel in such a remote part of the Greater Paris region. True to its name, it’s a budget hotel designed for practicality and simplicity, and I got exactly what it set out to offer. A special thank you goes to the receptionist, who kindly handled my complicated booking. Thank you so much for saving me from any penalties!
    • The layout of the room worked well for us (two adult and teen child). Everything felt clean and the people at the front desk were helpful. Hair dryer could be checked out at front desk.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast is served on bare trays. No plates even! Where is the hygiene?
    • While the hotel is quite far out, visitors typically arrive by bus or car. For those relying on public transportation, there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance that connects directly to the RER B line. Additionally, a tram line runs just nearby, offering another convenient route into Paris.
    • The shower door was glass, so not private if you need it to be. The bed was extra hard. The "free breakfast" was only "free" if you paid the higher rate for it.

The hotel is close to city center and the staff are helpful

The rooms are too small but value for your money

    TERRIBLE

The accommodation is terrible, starting with the service, not all the receptionists speak English, and specifically one French man, who is extremely rude, says he doesn't speak English, and is extremely rude when he says "We’re in France, speak in French". He doesn't bother to try to understand or find a way to communicate. He just expects you to speak in French. This should not be tolerable behavior in a hotel. Ideally, they should know at least the universal language to be able to communicate with guests, and if they don't, they should try to be kinder and use the translator to understand what the guests are saying. The second point is the cleanliness. I stayed for 5 nights and only had my room cleaned on the last day, after going down to reception to complain. The first two days there was no cleaning of the room, on the third day I even had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper, on the fourth day I asked the cleaning person to come to my room (we still spoke in French), we told him we were leaving so he could come in, we left the room and when we came back, the room was the same. We went to reception and asked them to clean our room. When we returned in the evening, they hadn't cleaned the room. We'd had the same wet towels and sheets for four days, and there was no more toilet paper. I had to go to reception to complain, and only then did the man from reception come to our room to give us new towels and sheets, and to take out the garbage. The cleaning wasn't done until the 5th day, when we left. The rooms don't have a hairdryer, it was winter, and you had to go to reception to ask for a hairdryer, leave an official document with them, and only pick it up when you returned the hairdryer. Subject to the availability of the hairdryer, as the hotel with 5 floors of rooms only had 3 hairdryers at reception.

    every thing is clean

It was a very crowded space, and the room lacked adequate facilities. The breakfast service was very poor.

Close to bus stop and tram stop . Also going distance from a mall with most things available. So basically convenient and are for money.

Pillows are very bad ,rooms are adequate but are very small and the shower located directly in the room .. no chance for changing or drying without coming out of the shower .

The location is the only good thing in this hotel end parking.

A recommendation for those who pay for the option with breakfast, Breakfast is the same every day, croissants that are not fresh, bread that is also not fresh and chopped canned fruit.

    7LaetitiaPosted on: 11-5-2024

Convenient for one night. Polite and helpful staff. Possibility to park the car safely. Close to a very big shopping mall. Possibility to order take away delivered directly in the room. Breakfast is basic but tasty.

No soap/soap dispenser on the sink

Short walk from the centre. Very good value for money.

The shower wasn’t great but it worked

    3YusufPosted on: 11-2-2024

Cleaners come everyday.Good for those who just need a place to sleep and keep their valuables.

No soap even after telling them. No remote control for TV so only 1 channel worked.

The locafion the local area connections and cleanliness.

The parking was blocked to the reception stood there ringing tbe staff deliberately didn't bother to stay in their desk to open the door for people on the basement I struggle to find the stairs which I was climbed with heavy luggages handy. When I came outside try to speak to receptionist he replied rudely that you should just take the stairs ignoring heavy luggages I was carrying.. Disappointing

public transport is near to the hotel.U express store is just opposite to the road.room is neat condition and wc as well

Far from city. it will take 1 hr with public transport. Main gate of hotel will be closed by 22:00 but there is button to call reception. Not preferred for old people or people who have leg pain as they have to walk some path to reach hotel

    7ChristyPosted on: 7-18-2024

The staff are friendly and helpful. For such a basic hotel, the bed isn't bad.

It is preposterous not to have a soap dispenser at the basin!

    4P.Posted on: 7-3-2024

It's just for one night on the way to sleep

While we shower water going outside to the room, in the toilet water doesn't go really good

The recepcionist was very kind and helpful.

We lost a ring and this ring must have been found by the person cleaning the room. We are still waiting for this ring to be returned. We also had a psyco man sleeping next door who was keeping us awake at night shouting, screaming and talking to him self making al kind of weird sounds.

    Location is convenient

The floor of my room was quiet dirty and the bed sheets looked like they haven’t been changed
