ibis Styles Paris Velizy

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a strange location. Wedged behind a mall. Parking is in the mall parking lot, across the street. Property is old. Decor is dark and very dated. Rooms are incredibly small.

Loved the bed, shower and breakfast. Value for your money is incredible. And the mall nearby and free parking, just ideal, thank you

The people who took care of the breakfast buffet could be more friendly, they looked angry

Clean and efficient room. Usual micro bathroom. Very comfortable bed and air con. Excellent breakfast.

The location next to a shopping center is what it is. Route into central Paris a bit convoluted.

Big free parking in front of the door. Big shopping near with supermarket and food stores. Breakfast was fantastic!

The room and toilet were clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with everything you just needed. Also having a restaurant adjoining was great so you did not have to walk far away in case you were too tired. I loved the shopping mall close to where the hotel was.

The staff was very helpful except for one rude lady who was not at all helpful who sat at the front desk.

excellent based and very clean

nothing it was all good. the only negative was the restaurant that was over expensive and not much choice

Great value for money! The breakfast was excellent.

I asked for one room only (we booked two in total) the extension of our stay (late check out) only for three hours. Of course with any additional extra cost. They refused because they said that there was no availability. When I asked in 15:00 to change from my casual clothes to my business suit, after some talks, they approved it (many thanks to the manager for this!!!), and guess what? I was headed to a room that was available.....

the double room extremely small and breakfast was not good, very little options.

Quiet, close to tramway, shopping and restaraunts. Lots of outlets in the room. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Thank you for a nice stay! I will definitely stay here again in the future if I'm in the area.

Room was small.

Sweet breakfast, a lot of croasant and other smooth bakes. Nice irish style pub. Big shop center in front of the hotel.

I was missing mixed eggs and sausages for breakfast

free parking. connected rooms with 2 bathrooms for family. friendly staff.

The room is very clean. They granted our request for two cribs. Tasty breakfast.

the pillows are extremely uncomfortable.

Staff was very kind! It was a big surprise to get some gifts for our kids upon arrival. Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area. And there is also a huge shopping moll next to it. Good breakfast!

Everything was very nice in general. But there are couple of things here for an improvement:- Not a very improtant, but would be nice to have a small fridge in the rooms.- Rooms are not ideally isolatioted from noise around.

The staff was good and professional

Unfortunately the bed sheets were dirty full of hair... wich make the stay very uncomfortable

Very comfortable and clean.
