Free shuttle service was included. It did NOTgo to or from: 1. Airport, 2. Public transport connections, 3. Versaille or 4. nearby shopping mall. Very good shopping mall was nearby. Swimming pool looked very nice and was not overheated. Free Internet -

Only suitable if travelling by auto. Flew to Orly and found public transportation near 2 hours as no direct route. $52 euro cab ride 20 minutes. Free internet was unusable. Helpful staff checked & confirmed poor signal on floor. Free shuttle to nowhere.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating

Carpet was rather shabby. Probably not bothersome to most, but I have a toddler who is always on the floor.

Big room, clean, nice people. Very close to a shopping mall.

Far away from Vesaille. Take half hour in the morning.

We have bought half board. However the menu of dinner has 2 main meals every night; a small pizza and a duck meal + one desert or salat.I had imagined to have different meals every night but it was not the case.

major roadworks outside made arrival difficult . I used the pool but found it to be quite tired in urgent need of upgrade.

At first glance, we liked the Bedit facility in the bathroom which was important for us during our stay

The friendliness of the staff and the variety of food at the breakfast

The stairs of the pool was a bit dirty and the door of our bathroom door was not closing and not too much variety of coffees in the hotel room

It's spacious with a lot of storage spaces

The staff refused to fix an issue I complained about the room from the very first day till I checked out.. The wc flush malfunctioned the next day and despite reporting to them, they made no attempt to fix

Hotel needs to close for renovation, it's outdated,there's a smell ,housekeeping doesn't clean well,no toiletries etc.no iron ,elevator is horrible, receptionist needs training doesn't know what they're doing, I guess only the Manager knows everything. No reception desk only small table and small laptop.Everything in the hotel needs to be changed and sanitatise very dirty around.We will never recommend this hotel to anyone .

Breakfast was ok. I wouldn't say delicious.Reception staff could've been friendlier/more welcoming.

The checkin and checkout were quick and friendly. That's about it.

The rest, this is an old building that is in dire need for renovation and should not be considered a 4* European standard. Not that it's the teams fault.The restaurant is also nothing to write home about, food did not taste like much.

The location was central. Despite the building work in front of the hotel. It was easy to find and navigate from. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall we were happy with our stay. For what we paid, we stayed for 2 nights and slept well both nights. The hotel reception and sitting areas were very nice and comfortable.

The rooms were tired and in the bathroom the plugs stuck, and the enamel on the bath was chipped and sharp, also the water didn't get any more than Luke warm on one night, it was better on the second night.

We really just needed somewhere to rest our heads en route home. Arrived late, left early, so can't really comment on facilities. But it was clean, staff welcoming and there was a KFC very close, which was a lifesaver as we were late and hadn't been able to have food anywhere.

System was down, so check in took longer than I expected.

Décent size room- close to shopping centre. Great, small gym.

Difficult to find due to temporary closed roads.

Staff were friendly, nice bar and restaurant, room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Good parking on site.

Bathroom was a little outdated and the location of the hotel was not so easily accessible for public transport.

Likes:* Location is excellent and with easy reach of Trams into Central Paris.* Plenty of parking (also has underground parking)* Staff are excellent and very willing to help and make your stay comfortable.* Swimming pool though smallish was excellent.* room with 2 double beds was of good size. Has a fridge, tv etc.* Located 5 mins walk from Westfield Shopping Mall. EXCELLENT.

Dislikes:* Hotel and Rooms are tired and in need of refreshing. To be fair the manager did say Novotel did have this hotel on list to be renovated by end of 2025.* Bathroom was disappointing but as said needs refreshing.* House Keeping was probably worst I have seen. 6pm and still room not been cleaned/made-up. Cleaning Staff just ignored our request and said we usually don't clean rooms on Sundays. REALLY, your a hotel. Why should Sunday make a difference.
