Rooms is beautiful,staff were very good and polite

The breakfast was same thing every day,no varieties. And I feel the croissant were not fresh

My experience was not as positive as I had hoped. The interaction with the staff was disappointing; they seemed unhelpful when we encountered issues with the check-in machine and did not offer an apology until we brought it up. Communication was lacking, which added to our frustration. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I believe there is significant room for improvement in both staff training and housekeeping standards.

Location

We didn't like the beds as they weren't comfortable, the toilet had no lid, no bin in the bathroom, shower was disgusting. No sink in the bathroom, can't event call it a bathroom. Sink was in the bedroom. To top it off the cleaner knocked and walked into our room at 8:48am when checkout is at 11am, we had a late night check in too. Not sure why they thought it's okay to walk in that early and disturb people sleeping.

The receptionist wasn't speak English and either was polite and he was like so boring to even talk to me.

The room was ok.

The staff wasnt that nice.when i got there i had to wait for at least half an hour to see a member of staff.

The location was good, so I was in 1 minute on the Highway, and the area had fast-food restaurants as well a very good seafood restaurant.

1- The pillows' covers were full with hair from inside. 2- I have booked 2 nights and the payment supposed to be at arrival but as we were there, I have discovered that I can book just one night then at the next day I have to book the second night, and as the checkout is on 11:00 O'clock the staff had knocked on the door and woke us up, that was very disturbing.3- I have informed the staff that I wanted new bed covers after the first night, but there was not any response from them, though I have requested that more than 4 times.

Staff were nice polite friendly and helpful.

Room overlooked a motorway. Air Conditioner did not work meaning windows had to be open for fresh air. Noise of the motorway kept me up most of the night. Shower cubicle and toilet were tired and badly marked with brown stains. Lighting was depressing. Radiator was marked with something that had melted on it. Whole room was sad and tired.

I really loved how eventhough my flight was delayed and me arrive at the hotel at 1am there was still someone there to check me in, so thank you guys for that ! ?

THE BATHROOM, THE BATHROOM, THE BATHROOM….. the shower is so small, the shower is basically on the same floor as the toilet…. meaning if you are in the shower the water easily travels from the shower to the ground of the toilet (causing puddles on the ground). And there is no shower glass or shower curtain to stop the water from doing thisThis is feedback is not to be disrespectful, as I enjoyed my stay regardless. This is just MY OPINION which I hope helps if you feel the need to improve in anything ?

The hotel looks like abandoned. Cobwebs on the windows, the old bathroom...I will not repeat

The machine check-in and password doors were the only thing of value.

The property is far from everything. Staff were not helpful. There was no elevator. It had a sent. It was not very clean. Lacked comfort. We literally left in the middle of the night.

The price was affordable and better than the other offered prices but in return we had to pay hundreds to get to Paris city centre and all the surrounding touristic attractions

The shower was broken, the room floor was dusty and filthy. We couldn’t even open the window because of how loud the noise coming from the cars on the road .I asked a female employee for hot water to make a baby bottle and she refused to give us water which costs them nothing ..very rude staff member

Easy to check in and out (code to enter the rooms so no physical check out needed). I got to the hotel late and quickly got to my room. Basic but totally clean and after travelling for a while that’s all I was after.

The location was further from the airport than anticipated. I’d to get a bus then a taxi as the airport taxi fairs at night were so high and the location in retrospect wasn’t great - south of the airport which meant even further south of Paris. It’s a stretch to advertise the airport name in the same breath as the hotel

The staff was great

The room was small, smelly like cigarette, the toilet was bad and the floor was really dirty

There was no one at reception because It was closed between 12/14hBut the machin supposed to help us to enter with our booking number didnt workedWe had to wait outside an hour We insist with bell We try to call no one to helpFinaly the receptionist went this way and helped us... after a long wait with our new born baby...
