Everything about the hotel is very bad

Horrible hotel with bad smell

The hotel was TERRIBLE, dirty, not from lack of cleaning but lack of maintainance, terrible mold smell. We were in shock and left immediately and found another hotel in the area.

Terrible

Terrible is an understatement for this hotel. One day before our stay, we received a message informing us that the reception would close at 9:00 PM but that we could still check in if we had a credit card. We arrived around 10:00 PM, but there was no place to check in outside the hotel. We spent an hour in the freezing cold of Paris trying to contact the hotel with no success until a cleaning lady appeared and said she would call someone responsible for the hotel.A woman eventually showed up, but she was rude and disrespectful. She said she would only accept cash and not card payments. We tried to explain and even showed her the message from the hotel, but she simply turned her back on us, went inside, and left us out on the street with nowhere to sleep in the cold. We had to urgently find another hotel to stay in.A platform as successful as Booking should not allow this type of hotel on its app! Not recommended, not even for a single night! A total lack of respect!

Location

Very noisy. People talking loud in the hallway at middle of the night. Smells of cigarettes and other stuff. The tv in my room turned itself on some how whilst i was asleep and made jump of bed and couldn’t sleep after. Also I booked a double bed room and I got a twin beds room.

Nothing it was awful, no Staff evening or in the morning. Appeared to have many asylum seekers or similar. The entrance stank of fish or similar

I'm extremely disappointed with F1 hotel. They didn't let me in at night, didn't refund the cost, and the staff couldn't communicate in English. Unprofessional and unfair. Not recommended.- avoid this hotel- the key automat doesn't work- the staff is arrogant, ignores guests' questions

We didn't actually get to stay in this place because we had a chance to see it before finalising booking, unfortunately it was very dirty and the location is very misleading.

Disappointing

wifi is not work well. The name in certificate and name of website are not same. So windows 10 and android phone can not connect to wifi.

I do not recommend it because it is very terrible, because for the price paid you can find a very better option

It was a very terrible experience, the woman working there at night is very cruel and I brought someone to use force with me, because I was simply asking why there is no electricity in the room, I do not recommend it

the room was not cleaned, crawled with various insects and a very unpleasant smell

Do not stay here!

It was super dirty in the room and elsewhere, everyone smoked in the toilets. Poor sound isolation, strange people living here. But the worst - one room on second floor was on fire some time ago. So everything smells like it burnt yesterday. Now all our clothes, food and other stuff smells like it and we'll need special cleaning and who will pay for that? I think this place needs to be closed, it stinks so so badly, people can not live here

The staff was friendly and helpful. They informed us straight away that the rooms don't have bathrooms. As long as you're aware that there is a community restroom and shower; you'll be good!

Not any fault of the Hotel, but road design made it difficult to access the parking lot form one direction. Also my GPS wanted to take me behind the building. Just a heads up to be aware of.
