This was a special treat in the middle of my Ireland stay. Beautifully appointed rooms, wonderful location, friendly staff and delicious food. I look forward to staying here again!

Our room was clean and comfortable, however, we wish we had been on a higher floor to have a view of the harbor. If you have heavy luggage, beware of the many sets of steps in the hall. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very pleasant.

The best thing about this hotel was the location, it is right in town.

I was expecting something a lot more modern and contemporary and it just wasn't that. The shower was broken and the water came out ice cold. I had to take my shower in the gym. I did get a discount though.

room was very small and with no ac we needed to open window but it opened onto street at ground level so too much noise from street to leave it open

I wish there had been an open fire to sit beside. Some of the windows in the bar were draughty and cold to sit beside.

size and furnishings of room. Very cheap cutlery at breakfast, flimsy paper napkins. This could certainly be improved.Outside of health and fitness centre looked terrible - dingy, needing painting, mould on walls and roof . Did not go in. Too uninviting

Perhaps a little old fashioned?Bar area way too brightly lit, so lacked charm / atmosphere.

Everything great , very cosy and comfortable. Quick check in and lovely staff. Great location close to everything they left a lovely note and small box of chocolate for my mother whose birthday it was as I asked for any small touch would be nice. Also had a nice view from the bathroom. Very nice to have the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi too.

Only problem was the parking

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good sports facilities. Everything was great, we were very happy with our stay and will return again.

Breakfast is included with price of the room. It is spectacular. Open 'buffet' for fruits, cereals, breads, yogurt, juices. Also a menu to order from for eggs, french toast, Eggs Benedict, etc.

Stayed for a night after our wedding and they upgraded us to one of the suites. Everything was fantastic

Our bed room was cold , sea view room 318 draft coming in around windows that made room for cold

Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Location is amazing. Had one of the newer bedrooms, very clean and comfortable.

Some parts of hotel a little outdated which is also part of the charm.

The room was very nice, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast was very good with cold choices and a hot menu to choose from. Location was great!

We had to wait about ten minutes for the front desk receptionist to check us in because she was busy with someone on the phone who was asking tons of questions. Would have been nice if she put them on hold to check us in since we were paid up and only needed a key.

Breakfasts were excellent. Location perfect.

Sink was blocked in bedroom on arrival. Rooms were not made up until around 4pm each day, which stood in the way of an afternoon nap.
