Very central food in the bar is top quality and staff are so nice

Was really upset we were never told the bar was closing and they wouldn't give us a drink even though we were residents and when we asked the night porter he was very unprofessional and just told us go to bed so that was very disappointing

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. From the street you don't realize how large and lovely it is. The staff is very friendly (bartenders, concierge, wait staff at breakfast).The bar is large and attractive. The breakfast (included) was delicious

Staff were wonderful. Great location in macroom close to the bus stop if traveling. Restaurant and bar were nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

NO herbal tea selection in the room & I asked for 2 earl grey & 2 chamomile tea bags @ the bar & was charged for them ridiculous also the coffee in the cafe was lovely but in the bar after our dinner it was terrible ?

The property is unique and clean, very nice.

The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was subpar. I would stay at the hotel but jot go the restaurant again.

Check in was flawless. The staff were very helpful. WE were able to laundry done. The room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant each night. Excellent food and service.

Expensive in my opinion. Room needed a little TLC. Socket falling off wall behind TV and no blind on bathroom letting street light and natural light into main bedroom.

The pool is a bit tired and in need of a spruce up in places. Also it was hard to get space to swim, except early morning, as it was always almost completely taken over by children’s swimming lessons.

All staff at the hotel are well trained, personable and a credit to the hotel.

All was first class. Only negative was the side dishes offered at dinner. Vegtables and mash were very poor quality.

It was perfectly located in a small town that was close for an easy drive to Blarney and Cork. The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were amazing, and the food was outstanding!
