Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent English. This was a biking holiday, had already communicated with the hotel about bike storage. When we arrived there was a lockup waiting for us, felt very safe. Good size room with excellent shower. Water in the room for us. Easy walk into town. Used the bar late in the evening. Very comfortable bed in a very quiet room. This hotel was perfect for what we wanted.

Perfect room for an overnight stay to explore the city. Slightly far for some to walk to town but a very short drive and parking is easy

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Nice coffee too. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were friendly, beer and wine in the bar was reasonably priced and varied. Parking onsite was a great help.

Breakfast was a good buffet selection. Coffee in the bar in the evening was pleasantly served. Electric car charging available.

Be aware that it is a little walk into the town to get a meal. Good for the appetite!

The two ladies on reception were professional, friendly and really helpful.The hotel was spotlessly clean. We stayed in the apartment which was a good size, well equipped and comfortable.

There was a strange system for getting into the hotel compound which had quite a few newly arrived guests foxed!

3 of us stayed in a spacious apartment. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep our bikes in a secure, indoor space.

A clean and modern hotel. It is situated on the edge of Pont Audemer on a roundabout opposite a sports facility.There is very good free parking at the hotel.The staff are friendly and helpful.The breakfast was very good.

No restaurant at the hotel for an evening meal and although there are restaurants a 15 / 20 minute walk away the walk was too far away for my husband so each night we had to drive into town!The WiFi was useless.

We upgraded from a double room to a studio. It was convenient. The room was a good size.

The china and cutlery provided was two of everything which was not sufficient. The fittings were basic. Kettle lid broken.

Lovely people, clean large room, great breakfast and a locked bicycle parking where I could park my bike safely.
