Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Great location for the new Jandri lift and central to the town. Beds were comfortable

Lack of hotel parking and lack of inexpensive parking nearby. Much as expected for a ski hotel and thought that the place was due for a makeover.

The location was great. The fresh o.elett for breakfast was lovely.

The spare quilt was dirty, horrible stains on it. The twin room was tiny with no view and we paid £150 ish for one night.

Breakfast was good. Location is GREAT. Staff was SUPER friendly. Not the fanciest place on the planet... but close to good lifts, good value, and a really nice family environment.

Excellent location close to the ski lifts, easily walkable in 10 minutes, carrying ski gear, to the biggest gondola lift (Jandri Express 1)

The floor was a little tired looking and saw a bug crawling in the carpet. Not all the lights in my room worked.

Hotel great value for money. Don't understand the negative reviews. Exactly as described. Room clean and comfortable, breakfast excellent for a days skiing. Upstairs bar great for a couple drinks before heading out for a meal and pool a bonus.

The Hotel is dated and in need of some modernisation and financial investment to improve the facilities. The property somewhat met my expectations of the average start rating, however i felt it is a little on the expensive side for what is offered. A good breakfast was provided and exceeded my expectations, flesh omelettes made to order available every morning alongside fresh pancakes and waffles. A good selection of other continental breakfast items available such as meats and cheese, yogurts, bread, cereals and fruit juice. All the staff at breakfast were very welcoming with the only problematic bit being when everyone wanted to get a coffee at the same time. The location is good being positioned next to a supermarket, directly opposite a ski hire shop, close to various lifts and lots of bars and restaurant's

My shower had limited accessibility due to the the central glass panel being broken and unable to move. This meant that i had to squeeze though a gap no bigger than 25cm to enter & exit the shower this was a very big inconvenience.When asking the hotel if they could fix this they said they would order a part but weren't really too concerned as they considered the shower operational. I complained to Booking.com and they were also unable to get this resolved with the hotel which was disappointing. Had i been a larger man or female the different body physic would have prevented access altogether.I decided to stay at the hotel because of the pool and sauna but found out when checking in that you had to pay extra 5 euro's a day to use it so i didn't use this facility. None of the ski lockers lock so equipment isn't 100% safe.

Great breakfast and room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Needs new carpet in bedrooms. Bathrooms have been upgraded but it needs rooms sorted.

Great location 5 minutes from the Jandri Express lift. Hotel was clean & comfortable, plenty warm enough to dry gear after a day on the mountain, staff were friendly & helpful.

Receptionist was unable to provide a security code with which to lock our ski locker. Apparently some work, though ours didn’t.

Extremely basic dated hotel , dog eared carpets, small rooms, health and safety nightmare. Power cables left out across stairwells and in restaurant as trip hazards. Breakfast was a battle every morning, not enough space in the restaurant and not enough service or food and drink on offer. Staff were feeding their families in the restaurant whilst serving guests. The half board is simply not worth it with only one main course on offer each day and food recycled from day to day, we ended up eating out at extra expense each night. Two of our three kids got sickness bugs. A single elevator is use for both guests and service/cleaning meant we had to carry 60kg of luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Ski lockers did not work.

Hotel is perfect location and have stayed before. Hotel is clean and comfortable but a little dated and could do with a spruce up .Food was excellent and plenty of it above all the staff are very friendly and helpful

Do not stay there! Facilities are old and not maintained at all. Service is at bare minimum. When I checked in, they gave me the key to a room with someone already in. It was 11PM, so poor customer... But this is not a surprise, I saw them 3 times giving keys to almost anyone asking for a key. Wifi was not working, so I told 4 different people and no action, no follow-up. Carpets are very dirty, and photos from room does not represent reality. Lamps were broken in the room, no view, everything is old and not maintained. Do not recommend staying there, it is one of the worst for the price I saw in a long time. And I almost forget : Food (both breakfast and dinner) is very basic and not at what you would expect for a 3-star hotel.
