Very nice hotel with helpful and attentive staff, well located with good parking facilities. I would book this hotel again and can recommend it.
All good
Location, size of the room, good breakfast, restaurant and bar on site, parking overnight short walk away, central to sites
No hot water from shower, so had to have bath. Heating didn't come on in the morning. Complained in morning when checking out and got told they would sort it, but no discount offered. Reading the folder in morning and it warned you not to drink tap water, too late had couple of glasses night before!
Everything from the staff to the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel was amazing. The staff were super nice and incredibly helpful they couldn't do enough for the guests. I can't recommend this hotel enough and am looking forward to returning again.

Big room, hot water, nice breakfast, sound proofing was good. The room was lovely.
All good
Cahir House Hotel was lovely. The parking was wonderful. Its location is great-very easy to walk around town and to Cahir Castle and the park behind the castle. The breakfast was delicious, everything an Irish breakfast should be.
The weather was warm and the hotel didn't provide a fan for the rooms.
friendly and courteous staff very good location excellent food very clean
The most comfortable bed, so much so that I slept in. Michael the young night porter is a huge asset to this hotel. Very pleasant and mature for a twenty year old.
That is only stayed one night.
Everything staff were friendly rooms a nice size and comfortable. Central location brilliant stay
room comfortable and spacious, nice breakfast, modern facilities.
late night access was difficult
Breakfast was excellent, it is made to order so fresh and hot and very good quality. The room was spacious with good facilities and both the room and ensuite were clean & more than adequate for a 3 star, the bed was extremely comfortable.Great value for money and I would stay there again.
Staff at reception and at breakfast did not engage much, Ireland is known for it's warmth and friendliness so as a "local" I would expect a little bit more of an effort. I didn't ask why a booking request to have two rooms close by was not facilitated. I can understand requests cannot always be fulfilled but the rooms were at opposite ends of the hotel and on different floors so they couldn't have been further apart, it was no big deal & didn't really impact our stay but it was a bit disappointing that it was not acknowledged or explained which suggests either a lack of attention to detail or a lack of customer service. The occupants of both rooms checked out independently and weren't asked about their stay. I thought the hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable, the food was excellent, the live music very good and the bar had a good atmosphere but the staff throughout the hotel lacked an interest or customer focus which in my opinion is a shame and is doing the hotel a dis-service.
Very clean and all staff friendly and helpful.
A little dated but for an old building it’s well maintained.
comfortable beds, lovely temperature, good restaurant.
Perhaps vary the breakfast menu a bit more, include fresh fruit, prunes, porridge, home made marmalade.
Very central, comfortable with friendly staff
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is set in a beautiful location. We requested an early check-in and a late check-out due to my daughter’s dance competition, and the staff happily accommodated us. Breakfast was served quickly, offered a great variety, and was delicious. The food at the bar was well prepared, and the steak and fish were perfect for celebrating my daughter’s win.All hotel and catering staff were very friendly and eager to help with any request. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, kettle, and extra pillows. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!
Food was lovely. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious
