Deebert House Hotel sits at the foothills of the Ballyhoura Mountains in Kilmallock and is a great base for hikers and ideal for dining. Open fires, modern facilities, elegant bedrooms and a homey atmosphere make the hotel a warm, welcoming base. Cloister Restaurant is a popular place to dine and serves local produce and excellent wines. Ballyhoura has many walking routes, and has horse riding, golf and biking opportunities. Guests can use the hotel's drying room and storage facilities for free. The family-run hotel has business suites and banqueting facilities for meetings or special events.

- The people were lovely, very friendly. Roo. S very, very Comfortable. Evening dinner was amazing, breakfast was great value. Will definitely be back
- This hotel exceeded my expectations. My room overlooked the Dominican Priory and the Collegiate Church and was well heated on the evening of my arrival. The staff was extremely polite,helpful and welcoming.Parking was easy as the carpark is located directly opposite the hotel and is clearly signposted throughout Killmallock. I will definitely return and will recommend it to my family and friends.
- The hosts were welcoming and efficient. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep. There was very quick attention given to our TV which was not working on arrival. The breakfasts and suppers which we took in the restaurant were of a good quality with plenty of choice.
Cons -
- Everything was perfect!
- There was a rather unpleasant smell of drains in our en-suite which didnt go away after trying to spray it with perfume!,
