Lady Gregory Hotel, Leisure Club & Beauty Rooms

Comfy room, nice staff, plentiful parking, nice deep tub.

Breakfast wasn¿t the best. Cold room, very dry spinach in the Florentine and no good gf choices. Other spots had lots of gf options.

The staff were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed! The restaurants at the hotel are also great.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the room was stuffy.

Excellent customer service from the front desk.

The room was too warm; there was no thermostat control.

No air conditioning on the guest rooms.

It was a fine place to stay! Close to what we needed and the staff was helpful.

The layout and signage made finding the sauna and gym confusing since the Health club was separate. We felt like we were wandering a bit.

Quiet location with a good breakfast and bar restaurant. Very pleasant and accommodating staff.

The Sky Sports was inoperable.

Location was within walking distance of bars/restaurants in town. Close to Galway and Cliffs of moher.

Noisy room and bed, bed uncomfortable, dated decor, limited hours for pool area and workout facility.

Breakfast was excellent. Shower pressure and towels were also excellent

The rooms are huge, the bar and lobby are lovely. Good food and the service was really excellent. The staff are all very friendly. The pool was a highlight!

Very dated bathrooms with grout falling off the tiles. But they were cleaned well so fair play to the cleaners for dealing with those conditions. Very warm at night and the thermostat wouldn't move. Someone set off a fire alarm very early in the morning, woke up to blasting sounds and red lights in the room. No explanation to let us know it was a false alarm. Would love something hot for vegans to eat at breakfast apart from toast.

It is a great location in Gort, walkable to the square and grocery store. They have a great bar area and restaurant on site.

We had a very small room, there are larger rooms so make sure you book the bigger rooms. Ours was about as far as you could get from the lobby and when your keys don’t work it takes a long time to go and get them fixed. The small rooms so make got extremely hot, there is no A/C so I opened the windows.

Heritage. Beauty. Town was cute.

Pool facilities shared with a club. Closed very early and were not super clean.

It was clean and well cared for.

The property location is unremarkable. Just a big parking lot along a dull stretch of road. The town is not particularly interesting. The restaurant was brutally awful. Service was terrible. I was repeatedly ignored as though I were invisible. When I was finally served I had to work hard for them to come back. The soup had enough salt to harden my arteries on the spot. The salad was nearly inedible. Even the ice cream was bad! How do you ruin ice cream? I imagine it had been far too long in the freezer.

I did like the location, I was already in Lady Gregory few months ago

I arrived early in the morning, knowing that my room wouldn’t be ready until after 4 p.m. At check-in, I asked the front desk to place me in a room similar to the one I stayed in last February—quiet and peaceful.However, when I finally entered the room after 4 p.m., it was located on the opposite side of the hotel from what I had requested: on the first floor, facing the main road. It was also an accessible room designed for guests with disabilities, and it lacked basic amenities like shelves in the bathroom to store our personal items.I requested a room change, and they moved us to another room. Unfortunately, this new room had a thin connecting door to the neighboring room, where a couple was staying. We could hear everything through the door, which made the stay very uncomfortable due to the lack of soundproofing.

Lady Gregory was centrally located in Gord great place to post up and go on day trips. They had a beautiful spot facility. We didn’t have time to use. The hotel itself is gorgeous. When you walk in downstairs the lobby was well appointed staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The pub was lovely and the hotel was clean.

. Need some better outlets for charging electronics.

We were there only for a night. The hotel is huge, with lots of rooms and other facilities, which we did not use. The room was huge, very clean and modern, and quiet, and worth the price. The bar downstairs was also nice.

Nothing particular. Everything was good.

The hotel reception area is very welcoming. There is beautiful areas to sit- play games with family, read a book or just enjoy a drink & chat.Overall staff were very helpful and friendly. Spoke to the children & made them feel welcome.Bar food was delicious. You must try the Chowder soup :)Children enjoyed their food & ice cream.Thomas in the leisure centre was so friendly & helpful. Gave the children inflatable toys and offered armbands. (We had our own).Rooms were very clean on arrival and cleaned daily.There is a nice playground across the road from the hotel.

The breakfast the second day was not as good as the first. We had to ask for brown bread, strawberry jam, melon,crossiants very little set out compared to the day before.There was no biscuit's left with the tea and coffee.

The leisure facilities were good, but there were no staff to let you in, hand you towels, sell you the mandatory swim caps, and the changing room lockers are broken. The entire suite needs updating.

Really good value considering use of the pool and breakfast was included in the price. The building is really lovely and all the facilities were great.

Clean and comfortable rooms and the breakfast is excellent

We had a small leak from the shower into the room. But we were given a new room straight away.
