Huge room, huge beds, clean and warm, with everything needed in the room

Clean and comfy bed, and sofa and the bathroom equipped with clean towels and quality toiletries. I liked the classic atmosphere of the restaurant especially the dim lighting. Continental breakfast was good enough and the hot breakfast menu complemented it perfectly!

We booked a double bed we had 2 single beds pushed together for the price i paid and a 4 star hotel I'd expect better as the beds kept coming apart every time I turned in the bed

Location was very good. Food was very good.

Bed rooms were of very poor standard. Had to move from one that was cold and the second one the toilet didn’t flush.

Second time staying here and everything is great about this hotel.

It was a girly few days away and we asked for a twin room, unfortunately the second bed was a put you up, we didn’t complain. Fortunately the first bed was really large so we shared, will definitely check with the hotel next time before booking.

Love the heating and decor of the foyer and room

We couldn’t get a light bite to eat at 8.20pm on Saturday evening. It stated on the website that 8.45 was the last booking. That was the only disappointment I’ve ever had. I always like the hotel.

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. We booked the Bridal suite and it was one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. Food and service in the restaurant was superb and staff also very helpful and friendly. The house keeping manager was very friendly and it was a pleasure to meet. We will continue to visit this little getaway break.

Reception staff were very friendly and professional When we went for food the waitress simply blanked us for 20 mins as if we weren't there.Tbh they looked annoyed and tired and as if they didn't want to be there. Food was delicious and we could not fault it.Next morning I asked for full Irish and I forgot I could have had scrambled egg but the waitress never reminded me or gave me an option.Breakfast arrivied instantly so I can only presume they were sitting there ready to go.

Service at morning breakfast was poor.Nobody else in restaurant yet full Irish came out before cold food eaten. .Forgot to bring out tea. FOOD WAS VERY POOR OVERCOOKED.DISAPPOINTING

Food was amazing, staff were really good but busy the shower was incredible and great handy location

Some issues in the room , tv not working properly and a near miss with the hairdryer, but these things can happen

Attended a wedding so fantastic venue for a wedding

Found it expensive for one night stay without breakfast for one person I payed over €180. Then the next day paid for breakfast and when checking out was a little embarrassing the receptionist asked me to pay for breakfast again I had to product my phone to show proof of earlier payment on my banking app.

Staff were very friendly and could not help enough. Rooms were really well decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

Nothing to dislike to be honest.

I have stayed here a few times now and each time it blows me away. This time they upgraded me to a suite which was amazing. Fireplace in my bedroom, yes please!

Lovely welcome, friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated that.

I found it hard to navigate the TV channels - there was a piece of paper outlining them all - and they were quite substantial - but only a few showed up when I switched on the TV and fiddled around with the remote for a bit. Also there were some double doors near my room which opened and closed quite a bit after midnight, but were in the open position the following morning. I think they should probably be kept open all the time to reduce the noise of them that can be heard in the room.
