Beautiful hotel, room was huge. Staff friendly and helpful.
1 bar man serving at a very busy bar.
Beautiful lobby and bars
Paid for a upgraded room and was disappointed by the room itself
Beautiful hotel on lovely grounds
Had hoped to visit the pool before the course we were doing but it opens late on a Saturday. Needs more signage for entrances and direction to pool etc
Hotel is stunning very relaxing, staff are the nicest I've experienced in a hotel yet, kid friendly
The food is only ok a bit tasteless, we ordered the roast beef on sunday it came out chargrilled, never experienced that before it took away from your traditional sunday roast, chicken burger lacked taste, beef burger was the same chargrilled. I feel thats something u love or hate, lite bites aren't really an option the upstairs bar serve lite bites but olives bajhis etc nothing for kids which was disappointing U have to leave the hotel for the leisure centre & spa, very hard with kids as its cold crossing the car park after a swim and slightly dangerous as its a massive car park Snug bar only opens for private functions which is a real pity as it lives up to its name it looked lovely and snugKids play area was like a bog its a pity cause there is not much else for them to do Bikes were unavailable we were told was too early in the year which was a pity as u could secure them when making your booking None of this took away from our stay but I feel the hotel could improve on the above
Very comfortable n relaxed, staff very attentive n pleasant
Finding the bedrooms, very confusing, we had three rooms booked all on different floors and levels My elderly Aunt got lost trying to find her way to reception, Assistant Manager had to find her & escort her back to reception area
A absolutely beautiful hotel. The room was huge and very clean, a comfy bed, just excellent all round. The selection at breakfast was fantastic also, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely book again.
That my stay wasn't longer.
Big room with loads of space for my things. Very comfortable bed and very quiet at night despite being a busy hotel on a Friday night. Food at the restaurant was really tasty and the staff friendly and helpful
Hard to fault anything
Good food
3 adults in room, two big towels, 2 mugs, One shower cap
I would really like to compliment all the staff for their fabulous friendliness and willingness to chat and make us feel so welcome, it was my friend's birthday and they made her feel so special. Dinner was amazing and breakfast was delicious too. Hotel room was beautiful and so spacious.
Lovely building, pleasant staff, nice atmosphere in the bar on Saturday night.
A burger at dinner cost €23 and was overdone. The part of the pool area that includes the sauna, steam room etc was quite dated and nothing special- steam room wasn’t working either. The main thing I disliked though was that there were dozens of children running everywhere in the hotel at all times- pool was stuffed full of children, bar was full of them until 8/9pm. Maybe it’s my fault for not researching better, but it was not where I would go again if I wanted a relaxing night with the girls. I think it should be highlighted that this is an extremely kid-friendly hotel. With the cost of living, a night away like that is a very rare treat for me and my friends, and this aspect was not relaxing whatsoever!
The property at this hotel is exceptional makes the experience but the rooms are dated (clean but dated) but walking the grounds really made the experience.
Nice reception area. Different choices of bars etc. room was comfy and cosy
I enjoyed the cold oatmeal with toppings. The frittata and fresh bread were especially delicious and different from the other hotel breakfasts. The Dyson hairdryer was a nice touchThe hotel staff was perfection
Though it was the best mattress on the trip, I would say all of the mattresses in Ireland were subpar
The food, service and cleanliness.
Our loud neighbour that we had to call down to reception about but the staff responded very quickly and respectfully.
The Hotel and the room was beautiful
Treatment in Spa, therapist talked the entire time. Repeated same two moves over and over till the end of the treatment. Struggled to book treatments for spa in advance all booked up. And also could not get a dinner reservation in Pippin restaurant before 9pm, even when booking in advance. Catered well for Coeliacs !! Amazing safe gluten free food. Beautiful room
Beautiful hotel, lovely food, great bars, fantastic gym and pool
The staff left no stone unturned at my son’s wedding, nothing could have been improved, Room and bed were perfect , spotless comfortable and spacious
I seriously can’t think of anything, the food was beautiful and pipping hot , service was excellent, if there was one thing i found the price of minerals and all drinks very expensive, but I know that’s the same everywhere, and there isn’t a huge profit, government seem to make the most ,
