Pros +
- Lively bar and outdoor area. Stayed on our last night of vacation close proximity to airport and nice.
- Clean and comfortable
- Really clean and modern hotel. The cleaning lady on check out was polite and seemed like a great worker
Cons -
- One of the reception ladies was rude and short with her answers, like I was an idiot for asking basic questions about the area. Really unimpressed with her manners and attitude
- Our flight was shifted to 9.15am so couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast we had paid for. Not served until 7.00am. No refund or discount off evening meal but was promised a hamper with sandwiches at 5.45am. The night porter didn’t know anything about it. He did grab us a couple of apples. Had to give our money to the Golden Arches at the airport.
- It is an obscure location. Needs to be marked better. We didn't know where to enter to park and check in

Nice location next to the river and walk up to the old distillery. Easy drive to the airport. Had music playing in downstairs bar.

overall it was a very nice place. Restaurant was good

Lisa was an excellent receptionist, helpful in every way. She literally took us out of the building to show us where to park. It was late and dark, so it wasn't evident. She also held our luggage at the front desk so we could order dinner in the bar before the kitchen closed.
We weren't given parking directions via the reservation confirmation.
The food at both break and the the restaurant Room was delightful including the bed and amenities
Very nice hotel . Restaurant on-site. Breakfast was great. Easy check in. Held our bags prior to check in. Friendly staff
Location, room size, staff were very accommodating , breakfast was nice
Na
Great place to stay, nice rooms, good food
Service and room was comfy
Little on the expensive side for a bed. Extra for breakfast.
Fabulous hotel. Amazingly comfortable and very clean room. Lovely staff. Easy safe parking. Stayed a Thursday and a Friday night. Asked for a quiet room. Thursday night was so peaceful. Woke up Friday morning to nothing but bird song and had breakfast in my room.
Friday night was similar until 3.20am, when a hen party descended on my floor. Banging of doors, in and out of rooms with shouting and screaming laughter. Ah, now I know why people comment on noisy weekends. What a pity as everything else was great. As a result, I've 'only' knocked a single mark off. Should have taken more but I enjoyed my stay.
The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The location is ideal. Caters for all
The noise from the bars well into the early hours.
Great staff, excellent food
Noisy nightclub. We were on second floor. Terrible noise.Ask for a room at other end of building at the weekend.
Upscale. Good breakfast and restaurant. Nice room.
Would have been nice to have instructions for the parking which is good but not easy to find. You need to enter by the Sars store.
Location is great, bar area and Courtyard are superb. Food at Dinner was very good (from bar)
Rooms are a little tired looking, decor inside rooms dated. Shower wasn't great.Cooked Breakfast excellent but fruit was dried from exposure and bread selection was limited.
Great hotelBar and bar food excellent Only let down was the noise from our room next door, sounded like they were having a partyWent on until 6:30 even after staff spoke to them
We love the suites and bar, restaurants we have been here a few times and will definitely be back. Staff are so helpful and friendly
Mostly location and amenities. Place is small but very cozy and within walking distance of many things.
Bar and restaurant menu choices. Not many good traditional dishes and food quality besides breakfast is so so!
All the staff were friendly and helpful, the gentleman who greeted me on arrival on the evening of 31st March exceptionally so. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower worked well. I had a lovely view across the lawn to the field at the back. The Wi-Fi was very good. The room had a desk with chair and plenty of power points, including by the bed.
The towels were small and the pillows quite flat and hard. They had gluten free bread for me (I have coelics disease) but the scrambled egg on toast was so dry I couldn't eat much, the toast wasn't buttered and the eggs were overcooked.
