Basically everything was fine. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The showers are slightly too tight for bigger man.

I got a better room than I requested which was a very nice gesture. I liked the room and its scenic view from the balcony. The sauna and spa facilities were enjoyable.

We were immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was great that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our dog along without any issues. The food was definitely a highlight of our stay, with a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We also appreciated the clean and comfortable room, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Only a few minor issues: the slightly low water pressure in the shower, and the bed which was a bit on the small side and could have been more comfortable. Also, the lobby bar/restaurant area could benefit from a cozier atmosphere.

The hotel is nicely located and comfortable. We wanted to thank the staff for their understanding and help in charging our room.

The swimming pool, though nice, was unusable on day one of our stay (too dirty)

Great breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet also very good and reasonably priced.

The shower head kept falling out of the holder and needed repair (the shower itself was great).

The rooms are new renovated, it is calm, the view is nice. The breakfast was ok, the breakfastb room still has some former flair.

I travel a lot in the whole Czech Republic.And this is the first time to meet all my expectations.A friendly staff, new facilities like pool, sauna, bathtub rooms and a very satisfying food and drinks I will never forget this experience and we are coming back next week to meet my expectations.Most Specially the friendly Filipino Staff there Thanks a lot!.

Hello. In general, I liked the hotel, convenient location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, delicious and varied breakfast, and most importantly, the view of the mountains from the balcony.

The pillow was too big for me, so I didn't sleep well.Also, there was a highway near the hotel and the cars were a little noisy.despite this, I would come back here again.. p.s. but with my pillow.

Fantastic location, loved the smell of the pine trees. Very good view from room window, you'll also have a small balcony. Super comfy beds and very clean

At the moment of stay (second half of August 2023) hotel still having refurbishment works. This, however, not causing any disturbance.

The hotel is a walking distance from Roznov centre and Wallachian Open Air Museum. Very comfy bed. Wish the weather was a bit better during our stay so that we could have spent some time in the outdoor pool.

Wellness could have been a bit better: the indoor pool is rather small, the sauna is fine, but had to purchase the linen sheet at extra cost (i believe this should be a standard equipment, especially given the fact that even the guests have to pay for using the sauna).

I love the look of newly renovated rooms. Great view from balcony. Good breakfast. Very attentive staff. Hotel is just in middle of renovation and I can imagine that when it is done, it will be impeccable property.

I obviously do not like the old part of the Hotel, but they are working on it. Not existing A/C in restaurant and when we travelled it was nearly 40 degrees so it was almost impossible to breath there. Quality of food was not great.

Super comfortable accomodation with 2 swimming pools and balcony with view on Beskydy mountaints-. Great advantage for children as well.

I liked hotel location and friendly personnel at the reception desk and in the restaurant. Diner was tasty.

I found that breakfast buffet could be richer. Bathroom facilities need to be repaired.
