Location, comfortable bed, TV, small fridge, good beer on tap in the restaurant

Breakfast did not provide any choices for people with allergies, as well as the menu at the restaurant was without allergens and not a good selection if you have allergies or you are a vegan. But still OK, good value for the money, but in case of allergies, bring your own food.No tea or coffee maker in the room.

I did not expect anything before I booked this hotel and I booked it because of it's location. I was surprised how nicely the hotel was and how big and comfortable the room was. Staff was very kind and breakfast was decent.

The water in the shower was too hot and I couldn't lower the temperature. I think it wasn't well calibrated but maybe it was just me being stupid.

Nice hotel with extended spa centre, one can enjoy relax procedures. Nice bathrobe included in the room for free use. Big car park, good restaurant, elevator added for convenience. Fridge / minibar with almost supermarket prices.

There is not so much negative to say - in fact almost nothing. The hotel is not new, i.e. furnature is not new - but still very good. The size of shower could be bigger, but the real problem might be the size of my body.

very good continental breakfast, nice room with terrace, good location: the center is very close to reach by foot through the park. Open-air museum nearby and right in front of the hotel there is the bus station for the bus to pustevny

I prefered location, due to kids and gibonpark

rooms and related hotel interior looks older style hotel (like 90'ties), but kept in good level.

Location is amazing but other 4* in area offer a lot more value for money. Staff pretty friendly at times and place seemed clean

Only when arrived we was informed that all wellness facilities are closed for 3 months and when we asked why we was not informed they just said - well you would not be able to use them anyway with your daughter as kids under 12 years of age are not allowed to use the facilities ( no information on webpage or booking.com of any of this) breakfast was terrible for a 4* hotel was hardly anything on offer and what was on offer was very low quality. Luckily the 4star hotel close by had facility’s we could pay to use or holiday would of been completely ruined.

I liked the size of the room and the bed was great, the room was very clean. Checking in and checking out was fluent. Breakfast was nice, and good.

In my opinion, the price for the dog was more that I got used too (It was 20Euros/dog/night, we travel a lot with the dogs, and is is usually it is 10euros/dog/night). The door was hard to close in my room.

Very helpful and a good mood staff. Amazing (small) pillows from my point of view. Nice spa. Velké a dobře vybavené pokoje.

Spa was not included. The hotel's equipment would need reconstruction, especially the bathrooms in the rooms, the doors to the rooms.

The room is nice, big and clean. Breakfast is also very nice

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Eroplan. The staff members were nice, very easy to locate, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Good food, coupled with free breakfast.I highly recommend Hotel Eroplan to travellers in/around Roznov pod Radhostem.Thank you.

- The hotel has perfect location for hikes in surrounding mountains as well as for all tourists attractions in the town. - The parking offers lot of parking slots- The hotel has a decent restaurant for drinks as well as for dinner - Breakfast was delicious - Staff were nice and polite

- Unfortunately, spa was closed. - Wallpapers in the room deserve some renewal
