- The room that was assigned to us had bad shower, the moment i took bath , entire bathroom was flooded with water and it was very bad experience to pay such high price for such bad accommodation . We were given another room that was much smaller and looked like from old ages

All good except in 1 of the 2 rooms we occupued the aircinditioning was not working
Good location for visiting Todi old town. Great free parking. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel. Wide variety of breakfast options. Clean, comfortable room with balcony overlooking farmland.
The location was good. We had 2 rooms next to each other like we asked. Staff was great. Very kind at the restaurant

we were there out of season so didn’t see it when the weather was good but comfortable stay and wonderful views out of the windows and restaurant ( wasn’t open when we visited early March)
