The barman was very friendly. Myself and my sons partner went for cocktails on Saturday evening and he made great cocktails with great banter

Staff and food lovely

Could only flush toilet once every 1o minutes plus not a great choice off hot food in the breakfast

Food was excellent, breakfast and dinner superb with lots of choice. Room was spacious with a super comfy bed had an excellent sleep.

There were no drinking water provided in the room.

It was nice and clean and warm

Lack of hot water shower was only just warm did like the way the superior treatment to staff in dinning room snapping his finger at them and pointing out what to do and putting on them in front of customers also I payed extra for a team room was not worth the money I stayed in this hotel about ten years ago and it has gone down

I had to pay a deposit when I arrived it never stated in my original booking so embarrassing, then when I the room a big fight happened outside our window, guards etc very distributed sleep wasn't happy said to the staff the next morning but nothing was done got back my deposit, funny my sister with a different surname stayed there the week before and never had to pay a deposit didn't know this at the time but now I do, sent a complaint to booking.com got no response

Very little to be honest , water pressure wasn’t great in our room, but that can’t always be helped

Extremely noisy, to the point were the room was vibrating. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and never been able to hear music from the entertainment, little sleep both Friday and Saturday night. My booking was with two children so I don’t understand why we were not givin a quiet room. Also the earliest time you could go to breakfast was 8.15 so we missed it two mornings.

Room very hot, asked to turn it off, saus they'd switch it off from their end but never did, tried ringing down few times but no answer.

The room was absolutely fabulous warm cosy and comfortable. We had a meal in the restaurant it was top notch and the staff are exceptional. Breakfast was also beautiful.

No music in the bar that night which was disappointing.

Sea view room was lovely, huge room and very modern bathroom. Foyer area was lovely to sit and have drinks as well as the bar, all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food was outstanding!

Unfortunately heating wasn’t working but they gave me discount and heaters

Room was absolutely freezing, when called down was given an electric heater that didn’t really work & was told the heating issue was sorted but it wasn’t, woke several times during the night from how cold it was would’ve been better camping outside

Sea view is awesome!!

The pub downstairs emits a smoky pub smell but luckily the room did not smell like that.

Everything was fine there was mem fighting at night and banging on doors tried to sleep from 1 to 3 30 4 finally got to sleep!!

Staff were lovely, music was great. Just lovely, me and hubby had a great time, was 1st time their and will definitely be back.

Beautiful Hotel .Lovely location..Food delicious.Room clean n bed comfy ..I stay here often..Well worth visit .

Nothing to dislike

Very kind staff, large rooms and the windows opened.

Staff were welcoming. So lovely, room was big and spacious. Everything you needed. Lovely bar area and staff in the bar and restaurant were excellent, had a great breakfast , plus made it better as also had car parking

The property was lovely and very clean. I loved the way it looked, and the rooms were big and comfortable.

The bar and staff were really nice, and the food we had for dinner and breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent.
