The badly designated beach ambreallla( just at the toilet ), the very poorly equipped GYM, the room aircondition was not able to cool below 24 C. ( even appreciating very high outdide temperature ) .

The staff all over the hotel are very friendly and very helpful. The hotel location is the best nice pool and very nice see side facilities

The location was phenomenal. Breathtaking views everywhere. The rooms were large and clean. The pool and the private beach were amazing. Somehow the food was even more spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about every meal we had. I would recommend this site to anyone. The price is worth it and the travel to get there is worth it. They helped us set up taxis both on the island and once we were back in main Italy. We did a facial and massage while here as well and again cannot say enough good things. I have to come back.

The evening main restaurant food was very expensive but not that great. We preferred to eat lunch at the beach restaurant.

bed was hard as a brick - woke up all night , literally the worst mattress i’ve ever slept on in a hotel tv was extremely small , the size most people put in bathrooms pillows that were unusable ( so flat , wasn’t sure they were actually pillows , no down comforters , just thin coverlet on bed).

Location was beautiful on the beach, our room was upgraded to the gorgeous palazzo, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The food in the two restaurants was top class. J loved having aperitif’s on the balcony of the Palazzo

The staff was on the whole excellent, especially the waiters but we weren’t impressed with how the reception manager treated us when our washing came back missing my very expensive shirt. She just said that the laundry didn’t get it!! Even though of course I put it in the laundry bag and never received it back.

A great and comfortable holiday. We have a 2 year old so relaxing can be difficult but here it was easy with the beach and pool onsite as well as restaurants, bars and a kids club. We will be back!

Beautiful Villa, we were upgraded which was fabulous, amazing beach views from our penthouse suite. Great for on site, breakfast was included great to fill up on for the day. Lots of cocktails and food options at the beach bar, villa bar and hotel restaurant. It was Just the start of the season so not everything open yet.

It's about a 15 minute taxi ride to the town of Portoferraio, if you don't have a car you'll need to hire a bike or get a taxi. One way taxi approx 30 euro. If you have no budget then I'd definitely recommend it. ?

The views were fabulous. The restaurant was lovely as was the American bar The staff were all very friendly.

The closure of the pool area each weekend for events Also, the pool could have been cleaner, there was green mossy around the sides. .. although the toilets were kept lovely And the gym weights were quite a poor selection.

Great experience. Very nice location and property, delicious food, quiet and relaxing. All staff is visibly dedicated to (and succeeds in) providing an excellent service - friendly, in good spirit, professional. Special shout-out to the sommelier who really knows his wines!

I wish the property had a sandy beach instead of (mostly) pebbles.Also, the sun beds on the beach are so so for reading (back rest is a tad too short to support head/neck and cannot be brought above like a 45 degree angle; the deckchairs around the pool are much better).E-bike rentals are not very sophisticated models. Perhaps replace them with some decent e-mountain bikes or partner up with a commercial bike rental?

Very stilish location, excellent staff

Our room had a very small bathroom, but we asked for a change and they gave us a larger room with a better bathroom. Still some details were not up to a 5 star hotel (bathroom lights too dark, shower’s handle only on the outside)

The staff were great.

Connecting hotel room. I didn't know that in advance. I asked for a move and the hotel was very accommodating but our view from the cottages was better so we stayed where we were.Cottage number 50 would be the best. Ours was 51 connected to 52.
