Hotel Fabricia

Wonderful stay! Friendly staff, beautiful garden, seawater pool, jacuzzi, tennis, and more. Clean budget room was perfect. Dinner was amazing — don’t miss it!

A bit pricey.

Pool and beach were very nice, just consider this is not a sand beach, location is perfect as not too far from the ferry but ideal to start all excursions of the island. Free parking, staff was super nice and welcoming. It was also very nice that they changed scenery for breakfast and dinner. We had the dinner only one night, and it was also very good. Dogs were allowed and it felt all visitors enjoyed, families, couples, dog owners. What we specially liked was the garden. The outdoors area was nice and cleaned but the garden was absolutely beautiful with all flowers, olive trees and nice greenery.

For the future also Fabricia needs to think about renovation of the bathrooms - same as most italian beach hotels. But it was still not a problem.

Pool in the early morning was empty and the best part of the stay was my morning swim (later unfortunately not used to swim but to bath by guests).

We booked half board and could have dinner because of a late arrival. Staff at reception not as kind as one would expect. Lunch next day could have been offered. Towels for the pool three euro. Breakfast ends at 10 - sharp.

the dinner at night was for the 2 bus parties and the restaurant was crowded the quality of the food was not good !

the facilties, the location. there is a private beach, with a swimming pool (salt water, but enough showers). It is relaxed, but the kids could really play in the big pool, it is very deep. breakfast is fantastic, the last day we got a breakfast to take away because we had to go to the ferry very early!

we had no view from our balcony, and the staff room and terrace was beneath us.... so be carefull wich rooms you book!

We recently stayed at Hotel Fabricia. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's pool. It was clean, beautifully maintained, and provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming staff. Their attentiveness and genuine friendliness made us feel right at home.

During check-in the lady at the reception started telling us we booked 2 budget rooms via booking.com but the hotel would reward us with a free upgrade. The rooms were outdated. Water dropped down the ceiling of room 210 during a heavy rain shower. The rooms were very basic but because of the free upgrade we couldn’t complain…

great location close to the beach, big swimming pool, wonderful garden, very quiet, close to Portoferrario, only about 15 minutes by car, excellent food at the restaurant. The parking is shaded, very comfortable in the heat. The beach is small and consists of pebble stones, there are sufficient sun beds for everybody.

it is rated as a 4 star hotel, however, it is not more than a 3 star. The furniture in the hotel room is old, not very comfortable and does not meet expectations of a 4 star hotel! The TV screen is not bigger than a small computer screen, not at all adequate for the rating of the hotel!

The swimming pool and private hotel section of the beach were really lovely, and the poolside bar was great, with very nice, friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.

We did not have lunch at the hotel however as we had paid for half board we ate dinner there. The food was really poor and not up to the standard we had expected or paid for and I would definitely not recommend it. Also the lighting in the dining room was not very subtle - too much bright, overhead light - but even if it had been, the food was still not great.

Nice garden

TStaff were a bit moody apart from the lady who did our room (she was very friendly) beds extremely uncomfortable. Had a room above the reception. First morning someone watered the plants with a tractor at 6am, we consequently got a whiff of petrol every few minutes inside the room. Booked dinner for one night, had to take a 3-course menu. Bit unnecessary when you just want to eat something small in August ?.Plastic everywhere. Plastic cups wrapped in plastic in the bathroom. For what? It’s 2023. A glass or a normal cup would do.The beach is a tiny pebble spot with boats etc. Never hung out at the beach or the pool.

The hotel has a beautiful garden with a large saltwater pool. You can spend a nice afternoon by the pool and won't get bored. There is also a tennis court, table tennis, plus all the equipment for the sea you fancy. The rooms are modern, clean and large.

The restaurant personnel dedicated for the breakfast shift were quite horrible when their boss was not present. When the man was there everything was to perfection. The other two days we were waiting for somebody to come fifteen minutes. We greeted them, asked whether we could sit at the table for four and finished our breakfast before they came back to us. There were three or four tables occupied, so the two waiters were not busy. Just ignored us. Otherwise the reception staff and everybody else was very helpful,

It is a quiet location with a short drive to a variety of beaches and towns. The pool and hydro massage are great for a post-breakfast dip before venturing to the island spots

the wifi was slow. It was quicker to use the mobile.

The beach was beautiful. I liked the pool as well.

The staff were warm, but inefficient. It was hard to get help when it was needed and things were disorganized. The room was way too loud.

soundproofing in the rooms needs improving, difficult to sleep past 7am without earplugs. in order to eat dinner you had to have 4 courses.

The hotel is offering a nice dinner that we enjoyed. The territory is small but well-maintained. The place itself is very quiet. Staff is well organised and doing its job very good. Nice toiletries in the room and beautiful view from the window.

The beach is small and covered with seagrass. The towels are at extra costs. No toilet at beach and pool area- need to go to the main building. The whole impression is that the facilities are old and do not meet 4 star rates. The place is rather remote and having a car at disposal is highly recommended. We booked a room with a see view and got a room with one narrow glass door. A bigger window would make a difference. The rooms were poorly equipped- didn't get a feeling that we are at 4 star hotel.

Excellent food and facilities !

The staff was super helpful and polite. Especially the reception staff.
