The view and beach is absolutely amazing. You’re right on the water. Excellent location to access Portoferraio, everything is walking distance

Rooms are clean and comfortable but small and definitely could use some updating. But the experience and view more than makes up for it. It’s also a bit noisy from the restaurant and sound just echoes around.

Location, location, location! Wonderful service especially from the amazing girl who received us at check in (Aman?!). She greeted us with a hug smile and was so welcoming! The place is directly on a beautiful blue water beach! We will be back! Parking on site was a super bonus!

The bathroom shower is a bit small for a taller person..

Great location, easy walk to the port and to town, directly on the beach, beautiful terrace over the sea for breakfast, and other meals and snacks.

We thought the servers were inconsistent. Our first day we had a delightful, cheerful, agreeable brunette server who served us aperitivi with a smile, so we returned for a nice dinner. The next morning we had our breakfast out on the same terrace, but the attendant behind the bar rarely smiled, seemed grumpy about serving us. Later we stopped in for aperitivi and sat on the terrace but after 15 minutes never were approached to serve us, as had happened the day before. We decided to skip dinner and aperitivi for the rest of our stay. Unfortunate.That attendant works hard, but if she smiled more she might enjoy her job more and make customers feel more welcome.

Excellent location right on the beach, very friendly staff, easy to store luggage, decent breakfast, strong AC, very clean.

Bathroom smelled bad, would be nice to have a fridge.

I loved the close proximity and access to the most beautiful beach in Italy. The hotel is on the beach edge! The view for breakfast was spectacular!

The hotel is located on the beach with its beach chairs. My room had a balcony and I woke up to an amazing view every morning. It’s the perfect place for a getaway.

I didn’t like how thin and loud the doors to the rooms were, all I heard in the mornings were people in the hallway and doors slamming it was quite annoying. Another thing was that the WiFi did not reach the room. The only time I had WiFi was when I was sitting on the balcony or on the beach.

It is truly right on the beach! Breakfast on the terrace with the sea lapping below, places to lounge on the beach and on the roof and it's not far from the old city and port. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

This property is like a Miami Beach motel from the 1970s. The bathroom was spartan, the shower was crusty. The walls were so paper thin, it was like sleeping in a cardboard box. The cleaners talking outside your door bright and early will make you feel like it's market day every day. I think it was a former "bagni" (daytime beach club) that got converted into a hotel and each room was actually a former cabana - which would explain the makeshift feeling. That being said, if you are just looking for the cheapest place with beachfront access, comfy bed and a place to wash up, this could work for you. I personally wouldn't go back, but I can see why it would work for other customers.

Historic Location, friendly, helpful staff, walking location to everything! Doesn't pretend to be more than it is. Excellent bistro, have breakfast or a drink perched over the water. Definitely will stay there again when in PortoFerraio!

No fan nor any air conditioning. Room doors are deteriorating and couldn't lock without applying power. Great location right at the beach staff was good. This is a very chill establishment if you only plan to swim and need a place to lay your head. Very basic and covers what you need. Wifi is slow
