Food and service was good. The rooms very nice and roomy and the cleaning staff excellent

I rented clubs that was not close to a full set and paid extra for 5 balls that belonged in the trash

Beautiful atmosphere, clean and tranquil.

The staff were friendly, but didn’t seem to want to go out of their way to make the experience better. For instance, we asked for a taxi to go to dinner, they wouldn’t book for us. The food options at the restaurant is also limited if you are with someone who has allergies.

The breakfast was great, we came little bit late, I think breakfast was available till 10:30 hence we could not enjoy everything bit there was selection of cakes, yoghurts, fruits, passtries and other. Throughout our 3 night stay in Italy this was our best breakfast.

The pool is nice, the rooms are cosy and clean and very Nordic as we like a lot!

There are not enough personnel I think, waiting at the reception, waiting at the bar, waiting at breakfast, to have coffee it took 25 minutes! No one considered us at breakfast, Crazy! I had to ask for coffee 3 times!I felt as if no one cared!

We liked the view, the food, it's quiet, we got upgraded to a bigger room, the staffs were very nice.

What we didn't like was we had to walk 2-3 minutes from our room to the main house. But it was okay, we could always tell them if we want a service from our room to the main house or vice versa.

The breakfast & the room was extremely clean.

The bar shut very early (approx 7:30pm) so unless you were at the restaurant there was nowhere to get a drink. Pool area / sun beds could have been cleaner.

The property is very up together and clean, the staff are extremely polite and are always on hand when you need them. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and modern, they also have good aircon which is rare to find around the area.

Property was quiet but we did go out of season. Couldn’t fault anything else.

The whole team did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible!Starting with a warm welcome at the front desk, personal greeting at the restaurant, a cosy room with golf view, an amazing Spa, motivating golf trainer... I could go on for hours.We travelled a lot and we have to say that the whole team lives customer service at its best. The find the right balance between service and privacy.The key here is, that the do it with heart! Starting from leadership and lived throughout the team.Last but not least, the restaurant and food is extraordinary. This is high class cuisine!Thank you again and we are looking forward staying at your hotel again!

A great hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Rooms were modern and clean, breakfast was delicious. We will definitely come back to this place in the future.

The staff were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the facilities were very new. We were able to use the spa and were given a free upgrade and free welcome drink on arrival.

Everything was great however the coffee for Italy was a little disappointing.

We had two rooms. The first room was a regular double and was a bit small but nice. The second room was beautiful it was a duplex and with a big balcony. We loved it!

great staff! killer dining. the restaurant was over the top. Michelin quality dishes and flatware, prawns nicely sauce, wonderful stuffed zucchini flowers. and the pork was delicious! great service!

golf course is virtually unplayable. no grass on the fairways. no fitness center although one was mentioned on the website. these two features brought us to the hotel!

Outstanding stay! We spent some days off in this wonderful place, thanks to a friend’s tip.. we definitely love Riva, that’s why we really recommend it!Friendly staff and nice room: this is the best place to stay at and discover the lovely Toscany countryside.Beautiful landscape, amazing food..
